Amazing service and room was amazing. only concern would be the parking very limited

I liked the location. The breakfast was wonderful especially dining with a view. The room, on the 11th floor, was like a sauna. Airconditioning did not work. It only pumped out heat and was very noisy. Better wear ear plugs as the rooms are very noisy.

Great location, free underground parking, nice variety at continental breakfast. Great view from the large comfortable room. Nice rooftop bar.

The staff was very nice and the property grounds was close from everything!

Very impressed with this hotel - it had plenty of space, was modern and clean, free parking and a free breakfast on the 12th floor with incredible views of Guimaraes. Good value too. It's next to the train station so it is convenient (I didn't hear any noise from trains or road). It's a 5-10 minutes walk into the old centre, but plenty of restaurants along the way. I'd stay here again.

Our room was very clean, comfortable and bigger than we expected. All staff we met were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast also exceeded our expectations. We have been very happy with our stay.

The room was spacious, clean, modern and very walkable to the nearby historical attractions and restaurants. The staff were wonderful, friendly, and very helpful. Breakfast was plentiful and very tasty. Would definitely stay here again when in Guimarães.

No air condition But the front desk lady ( very kind lady I forgot her name) understood our problem and changed our room to different room to get more fresh air .

This is the perfect business hotel. It’s conveniently located right close by the city centre of Guimares and it has everything you need in terms of business trips needs: good rooms, breakfast and parking on location. It’s not the most good looking hotel from the outside and I would not go for a romantic getaway but it is great for business. Staff is caring and kind.

The hotel is a bit dated, but in a good location, walk-able to every attraction. A supermarket nearby.Good breakfast.They have their own parking lot underground, and it's free.

A hotel with parking available is a must in Lisbon if you have a car. Street parking is near impossible to find. It is why we chose this hotel. Four of us crammed in a small room with very little space to move. Desk clerk and breakfast staff went over and above to help accommodate our needs.

Super huge room with windows along 2 sides and spectacular views. Fine quality linens. Helpful staff

Everything was superb, a very pleasant stay. Much to recommend about this hotel.
