As always this hotel is great. The rooms are clean and all the hotel employees are fantastic! Zero complaints here.

Quick walk to central station. Convient. Very friendly. Area felt safe for solo female traveler

It done what needed to be done, in which we had a comfy bed, tv and bathroom. Nothing spectacular however you don’t spend much time in the room. However the only issues we had, were the bathroom door had a dent/hole in the wood as if someone had punched it and the bathroom door would not lock. A pillow which was on the bed had a hole in the cover but nothing major.

The single room was compact but had everything I needed , situated on a quiet street but yet still close enough to nightlife , I didn’t have breakfast during my stay but I’m sure it’s nice , the staff were very friendly and helpful, great location for the train station and easy of access for walking around the city,

The cutest little room. It was tiny for 2, but cozy. Comfortable beds, can use your own Netflix on the tv, which was fun! Staff was lovely and very helpful and patient.

Perfect location. I am so happy I picked Singel Hotel as my first time stay in Amsterdam, I will most definitely be back to stay. So close to the trains and any other transportation you need. Hotel is clean, and the staff were so friendly and helpful.

Very nice hotel, helpful staff and good location. They had a great happy hour deal for beers if you wanted a drink at the hotel. The hotel is in a quieter area. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay here.

I stay here every year for a work event and they always deliver a great stay! Very clean, friendly, and good breakfast. Highly recommend!

The hotel was clean and modern; the carpet looked new and the bed was comfortable. The room was quite small - we could only put one of our suitcases in the main area as that’s all that would fit, the 2nd suitcase had to go in the entry way of the room. The shower came complete with a squeegee for what we assumed was for the floor, as there was no separation between the shower floor and the main floor of the bathroom, so the water pooled everywhere and needed to be squeegeed towards the drain. The view of the canal was fantastic and the staff were super friendly and helpful. We were only there for one night so it was perfectly fine, but a lengthier stay in such a small space might’ve been a bit of a challenge.

The property is situated a day, very convenient location, and offers options for meals. It is conveniently located very near the central station. However, the property needs certain upgrades, including air conditioning in the rooms.

The room had a great view of the canal. Room was very clean. The staff were very helpful and had great advice. If you would like a small quiet hotel, this is the one for you!

We chose this hotel for the affordable room rate and the location, along the picturesque Singel Canal, just a 10-minute walk from the train station (an easy ride to and from the airport). Arriving mid-morning, we were able to drop our luggage at the hotel until 2pm check-in time. To enter the hotel, walk down the stairs to the front door. There is 24/7 front desk service; everyone we encountered from drop-off to check-in to check-out was friendly and helpful. We felt most welcome here! A small lobby shop is available for drinks and bites and necessities. Our 3rd floor room was accessible by both elevator and stairs. Our room was compact but spacious enough that we could easily move around. A shelf running along the outside wall provided plenty of room to stow our bags and keep things handy during our stay. Our bed was comfy. We had a window for fresh air and natural light and street noise (not necessarily a bad thing!). We really enjoyed walking "home" to our hotel at all times of day!

I liked the location of the hotel. It was convenient, but pretty quiet, so that was nice. We had a canal view which was great, but it would have been nice to be able to fully open the windows. We asked for fresh towels and never got them. The beds were comfortable and it was nice they provided a fan and the curtains made the room very dark at night.
