Perfect location! Right in the middle of square with walking to train, ferry and city sites. Room was large and comfortable! Staff was helpful!

We had a wonderful stay. The hotel was in a perfect location right on the square.

We stayed during the heat wave and the room was uncomfortably warm. The AC didn’t work well at all. We asked for a fan and that helped. The location is fantastic and the room is quite.

The hotel has a great location. It is within walking distance to city center, ferry terminal. There are restaurants and boutiques in every corner/ street and 1 door down to the hotel. A beauty salon right next door where I did my hair. The staff the best; Irene was Wonderful, compassionate young lady, she was very helpful providing support. We were 4 friends and all of us experienced the same. Then, the ladies at the breakfast area, Rebeca and Dasha, very attentive and friendly. Love that the hotel was right on the plaza. In general it was a great place to stay. Recommended.

Excellent location in the heart of Como. Walkable from the train, close to the ferry station and funicular. Lots of great restaurants nearby. Room was clean and comfortable.

Very nice hotel right in the heart of Como. Easy to check in and very comfortable and not noisy.

The location can't be matched. Very easy to get to and visit Como from the hotel. The only con I have is that the hotel is pretty old and the air conditioning makes noise all the time.

Hotel is in a perfect spot for exploring Como. Very central for restaurants, shops, port and the Lake. Staff were all really helpful. Only tip I’d give is if you are a light sleeper request a room at the back, the front is lovely during the day and having a balcony was lovely, but it is very noisy at night. Definitely recommend this hotel

The Hotels is in a great location, but that’s about the only thing it has going for it. Staff is not very friendly or helpful, if you’re on a lower floor, you’re gonna hear a lot of outside noise

Amazing. Traveled around Europe for 10 days and this was by far the nicest and best hotel. Great breakfast included. Great location next to Como train station
