Definitely not 5 star, only 3 star. The worst all inclusive drinks we have have ever had. Only 1 choice of beer, a very flat 3.5 vol 1 choice of white, rose, red wine on tap staff in pool bar by theatre very robotic and unfriendly seamed to be an inconvenience to them asking for a poor quality drink in a paper cup Guy serving in bar near spa very nice and friendly Food 3 star, although small selection of chinese and Sushi was very nice Both running machines and cross trainer broken in gym all week Pool tables broken bars near spa

Pool chairs broken, nor enough seating in bar areas. No excitement during animation

The size of the bathroom was not good, basically you could wash your hair or brush your teeth whilst sitting on the toilet, poorly designed yet they give you plenty of bedroom space, so disappointing. AI drinks: These are not just bad but very watered down cocktails, fizzy drinks and local beer. House red & white did not taste nice at all, bit of a eye tightning moment. The mini golf was not usable but the entertainers did a great job, more a family resort (young children), accomodation was very clean though and the cleaner did a fantastic job. Pools were not very warm, so be warned. The staff were brilliant very courteous and helpful, always there to cater for the guest so cannot fault them for this. 3 main things you want from a holiday, clean accomodation (tick), good food(tick for many just not for me, not a salad nut, some times the food was cold, you have to pick the right time) and warm pool (untick). So a fair 3* Id say

Good value rooms could do with once over

Das Bad unseres Zimmers, sowie auch bei unseren Nachbarn war stark verschimmelt. Die gesamte Anlage ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Völlig lieblos. Das Essen ist jeden Tag gleich und von billigster Qualität. Wir waren dort in eine Suite mit Sharing Pool als Familie, aber waren maßlos enttäuscht. Das Hotel scheint sehr schlecht gemanaged ohne Investitionen in den letzten Jahren. Nur ein durchschnittliches Mittelklasse Hotel.
