Did not use air con No idea about pets

Room was clean but a bit rundown, especially the bathroom. Location by gas station was off-putting. Front desk staff was friendly.

Mostly good. The cafetería echoes and can be very noisy, especially when there's a large party of schoolkids in there.

Did not like having to go back to front desk to ask for A/C ventilation to be turned. No menus or other info in room.

The room was clean and pleasant. However, The Female toilets in the Cafeteria area were not cleaned. I used them at 08.00am on the morning of 30th Sept and there were items of paper and other sanitary napkins on the floor.

Good for stop off if your on a long journey. Best to include food as there is nothing in area. We had half board dinner was good but breakfast was very basic. We had a suit on 2nd floor with a shower and bath .just needs a touch up on sealent aroud shower as it was going black and pealing. It would be nice to have hot drink tray in room

Rooms were ok but could do with updating, There was no control over the heating it was all done down in reception ,pillows had seen better days, we stopped Half board on a road trip for 1 night ,food choice of 2 things salty fish or meatballs not good,expensive for what it was and definetley not 4 stars as advertised.toast fruit juice and coffee for breakfast.The room we had was nothing at all like the picture . I would not stay here again

Estafa: pagas una "Junior Suite" (solo la quería porque ponía 2 camas grandes) y recibes una sala de hospital de la posguerra con 4 camas combadas. Buscad las 7 diferencias en las fotos. Parece complicado, porque el encargado del hotel subió conmigo a la habitación y según el era más o menos lo mismo. Lo peor es que te tomen por imbecil diciendo que no hay más habitaciones libres para cambiarte. La ocupación media de Marbella en los meses de verano está próxima al 90% (hay habitaciones libres). Y una mierda de hotel de carretera está al 100% un martes laborable fuera de temporada... Que se le va a hacer... Mañana tendré que madrugar para poner la sombrilla en el aparcamiento!

A very good hotel,perfectly situated for the journey from Malaga to Murcia.Large well kept rooms.A large dining/eating area with a decent selection of food.

O hotel pelo custo entrega um serviço razoável, menos o café da manhã que não foi bom

La suite era muy espaciosa y estaba muy bien calefactada a pesar de eso

Stedet ser ikke tillokkende ud udefra men er rigtig pænt indvendigt. Der er store værelser, gode store senge og alt ser nyt og pænt ud. Morgenmaden i cafeteriet er ok, men det er noget forvirrende at finde ud hvad der er inkluderet. Lad vær at købe gennem Hotels.com det er nemmere og billigere at købe det direkte. Placeringen er helt i skoven. Eller rettere klods op ad en motorvej og langt fra byen. Det er det der trækker ned. Kan være ok for en enkelt dag, som gennemrejsende.

Hotel antiguo con falta de cuidado en muchos detalles. Habitacion normal. Toallas de baño muy viejas y rotas (no iria mal cambiarlas). Personal atento. Necesita una buena mano de arreglos en todo el hotel en general. Hotel de 4* pero pondria de 3 como mucho siendo generosos

La cama muy cómoda. Las instalaciones en general buenas y el personal maravilloso. El hotel en sí es muy bonito, no se aprecia lo suficiente al estar en medio de la autovía... Es preciosos de verdad y muy acogedor.

L'hôtel se trouve juste à côté de l'autoroute et devant une station d'essence! Pour un 4 étoiles ce n'est vraiment pas terrible.

L'hôtel est vieillot et pas entretenu A notre arrivée, la réceptionniste nous indique que la climatisation est en panne. Pas de chance, il fait 35 degrés. Très difficile de dormir avec la chaleur. Bref, très mauvaise expérience.

Alojamiento bien comunicado y restaurante muy bueno
