L'hotel è un po' vecchio, sia esternamente che internamente. Credo che questo sia il motivo per cui i prezzi risultano accessibili anche in alta stagione. L'accoglienza è stata ottima. La colazione buona. L'aria condizionata non funzionava in modo adeguato per cui in camera faceva caldo. La mia impressione è stata che il livello di servizio venga tenuto al minimo indispensabile per mantenere le 4 stelle Per usufruire della SPA si devono pagare 25€ a testa.

Great hotel with staff that are first class - especially reception. So friendly. Area is good with some lively bars close by.

Have used this hotel many times, with groups and solo; service is always excellent. Owner/manager Eugenio is always kind to me, and front desk staff are very helpful. The only negative is not the hotel's fault: the "trafico Limitato" zone makes it very difficult to bring your car to the hotel without incurring fines.

Our stay was amazing from the staff to the owner, everyone was wonderful. The hotel is easy walking distance from many attractions. We'd stay there again in a heartbeat.

The first night was not pleasant. The ac did not work properly even after it was supposedly reset. We had to sleep with the window open which invited mosquitoes. After repeating the issue at the desk the next day, the manager offered us an upgrade to a suite for a very modest fee. We jumped on it. The suite was wonderful with two balconies and a breathtaking view. We thoroughly enjoyed our next 3 days. Breakfast was excellent. The hotel is very centrally located with an easy walk to the train station. Since our plan was to use Montecatini as a hub to visit Florence and Lucca, this was important to us. I would stay here again. We also took advantage of the massage which was a good value.
