not a 4 star hotel bed condition bad staff dont get this hotel it is a warning

We enjoyed it! Everything was wonderful. Very warm atmosphere. Food was great! Better that in 5 stars.

Front desk staff was unhelpful with racial undertones. Beds were uncomfortable, stained and old. Tv was old with broken remote. Bus boys at restaurant were unfriendly. The food was not fresh and barely palatable. Only positive was the pool boy. He was very friendly and helpful. This hotel was definitely not a 4 star.

We arrived and were told that they did not have a room for us and had booked us into another hotel close by!

paying for wifi is annoying!!!
