The room was clean and the staff can’t do enough for you. Everyone was very attentive and the food/drink options are fantastic. The hotel is busy so it can be hard to get a sun bed after 10:30am but overall it is a very beautiful place to visit.

It was ok, we have stayed at the other two hotels, Stella Island and Stella Palace, and to be honest this is not on par with them. The food was very limited, not much choice and if you’re a fussy eater you might struggle. All the flowerbeds were overgrown and if you had a sunbed next to one there was a strong smell of cat urine. The drinks weren’t great, the soda had that off taste or dirty pipes and isnt branded. There were also cockroaches in our room that came from the toilet floor drain. The staff were nice other than one girl at the smaller pool bar, she was always moody and acted like it was a hindrance to serve people. Overall it was ok and Iv give it a 3 out of 5. I’d probably rather stay at Stella Palace for the same price next time. The pools were clean but they do allow sunbed reserving and most were taken with towels by 7.30am. Some weren’t even used all day that had been reserved and the staff didn’t do anything to stop that from happening. This would be a major problem at high season.

Stella Blue We have been searching as a couple for a resort that we can come back to year after year; we have decided that Stella Blue is the one. We don’t say that lightly- we travel a lot and do have high expectations. We came to Stella Blue straight from the Mitsis Rinela, which is a 5*, and were slightly worried that we’d feel we downgraded. We needn’t have worried- it surpassed the Mitsis in every regard other than number of a la carte restaurants. Check in: Check in was 5* quality- the reception team should be applauded- from those at the desk to those rushing out upon arrival to take our bags and the man driving us to our room. It was seamless and better than reception at most 5*s we have stayed in. The reception and concierge team are incredible! Everyone was exceptionally welcoming and seemed excited to have you there- we don’t often feel that. It honestly was the best welcome we’ve ever had- thank you! We also really liked the welcome drink- I believe it was non- alcoholic, and honestly that was the only thing I would change (add alcohol!), but we still loved it.

3 nights not once was my room serviced had to go to the frint desk toget my own towel after afyer cling every day for service and promised that someone would come hotel was beautiful bit service was not

Saubere Zimmer. Minibar gut gefüllt. Pools sind mit Salzwasser befüllt. 4 Poolbereiche wobei viele Liegen schon ab 8 mit Handtüchern belegt werden. Ruhige Gäste, keine Animation. Große Poolbar mit guter Mittagskarte. Essensauswahl im normalen Restaurant relativ klein. Teilweise Schlangen beim Essen und oft an den Bars. Kein Poolservice. Mitarbeiter nicht unfreundlich, aber auch nicht zuvorkommend und freundlich. Zimmer sehr hellhörig und Matratzen zu weich. Fluglärm vom Airport.

Très belles piscines Restaurants :buffet très variés et de bonne qualité Les chambres spacieuses dommage que la salle d' eau ne soit pas un peu plus intimiste ,un petit rideau de séparation avec la chambre serait bien venu. Personnel vraiment très agréable, souriant sympathique, et professionnel hyper réactif en cas de problème ou de besoin particulier.

Die Zimmer waren schön eingerichtet und sauber. Ein offenes Bad muss man jedoch mögen... Das Personal ist in allen Bereichen sehr freundlich. Das Essen und auch die Getränke haben eine hohe Qualität. Die Anlage allgemein ist sehr schön!

Die Anlage ist neu und daher top in Schuss. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich aber nicht immer präsent. Das Ai Angebot ist sehr gut wenn auch nach 7 Tagen etwas eintönig. Abzüge gibt es nur für die Lautstärke am Abend in den Bars. Wir hatten eine Pool -Suite recht nah an der Bar. Wer wirklich Ruhe sucht findet keinen Schlaf vor Mitternacht. Ansonsten ein sehr schönes Ressort.
