Lovely room and good facilities too (the sauna was very good). And the locally inspired food was veut delicious and healthy too.

Great room, great bed. Quiet. Good part of town. Great food, especially the breakfast. Really enjoyed my stay and will stay again if I’m in the area.

We loved our room with a private sauna. The breakfast buffet was very impressive, we loved all the variety & healthy options. The staff in the dining area were wonderful & most of the front desk staff were welcoming and helpful. Great location, easy to walk to shopping & restaurants.

Very nice hotels. BUT tries to monetize on everything that is included free on hotels of this type. For example, you have to pay additional to use the street bikes, to charge EV car, to even get a cappuccino in breakfast buffet...

Very nice hotel, I don't think all the facilities were open so I can't rate the gym or sauna which is a shame. Breakfast is nice, layout of tables makes it difficult if you have more than four people in your party.

Great stay overall. Inside is modern and clean. From a Finnish point of view I could not decide whether the Sami and Lapland decor was interesting or kitschy. Propably a bit of both although it’s of course something you can expect from a Lapland themed hotel. If you are here on the weekend, with a car and only staying a couple of nights I suggest trying roadside parking instead of paying for a private parking as public roadside parking is free on nights and Sundays.

Great breakfast and friendly service.

This is a nice Lapland theme hotel in the center of Oulu. It’s a short walking distance to the city shops and restaurants. Also a big park and a ocean shoreline are very close to go enjoy some time in nature too.

Staying at this hotel was a very pleasant surprise. After manoeuvring into the very tight parking garage (still recommended to use, a parking in Oulu is in general tricky), we were surprised by our room. Clever play with light and mirrors made the room much bigger. Also the use of wood gave it a very cosy welcoming appearance. The bed and pillows very excellent. Everything was spotless clean. The pool and sauna area were very nice, though in these COVID-19 times, we would have preferred some kind of people limitation scheme to ensure social distancing. It was getting a bit crowded around 20:00. The hotels own restaurant serves several reindeer dishes, which I would strongly recommend. We will definitely check out other branches of Lapland Hotels.
