The receptionist service is lacking and the rooms are spacious, but there is lizard droppings, the water flow is small, the bathtub can't fill the water, even though I ordered a suite room, why is it so disappointing. The cups and teaspoons are really dirty, I have to wash them myself before using them.

Until the hotel room said it was full even though it was booked and paid via travel*ka. Argued at length, finally given standard room 1 and suite 1 even though they should be both suite rooms and there is no refund of the difference in room rates. The staff at the receptionist who are 2 girls are not friendly, please teach manners. Like not respecting guests. Very disappointed staying here ruined the holiday mod.

The place is nice, the rooms are comfortable. Maybe for the bathroom, ac and tv in room 170,171,172 can be repaired. Especially for the shower and air conditioner, maybe it can be repaired immediately so that visitors are also more comfortable. The rest is okay, it's good. Thank you!

Nice stay here. The service from the hotel staff is good and also friendly.

The distance of the room from the lobby is quite far so it is inconvenient for loading when checking in and checking out. Especially if you come from traveling and arrive at the hotel at night and the situation is dim the road to the room is very, very tense to return to the room. The air conditioner in the room is also not cold enough

1. I was late checking in, with the security guard but the one who was helped to bring small items was even told to bring my own suitcase. 2. Then the hotel is very old, the room is dusty, and the mattress is not soft. 3. It's quite creepy because there is a hotel at the front which has a special green spiritual room. 4. Most SMK interns are friendly and polite and serve breakfast. The fried rice is pretty good. Overall, the hotel is not okay because apart from being far away, the maintance is really lacking and the staff is not friendly. Even more professional SMK interns.

I often stay here but this time it's not natural to want to give any comments because we all know that the state of tourism is very worrying. .

The food is delicious. The rooms are clean. Friendly hotel crew. It's really nice to come there when the pandemic feels like your own hotel. The hotel is right on the beach.

The hotel is practically deserted, there are no professional employees, only interns who don't know the rules. People are still in the room being opened using the hotel key, because the car is no longer there, so it is considered a check out. Minimal lighting. Swimming pool is not maintained. Hopefully after normal, can recover because basically the hotel is quite good.

Old hotel and facility especially their room (bed pillow bathroom) but if you looking for cheap hotel, this is the place (don't know if no more covid)

Even though check-in is late but still well served, the most attractive spacious rooms are in front of the hotel directly on the beach.

It's good even though it's quiet and the night is dirty like a haunted house ahaha but the service is very good maybe because there are only few guests.

Kamarnya enak. Bersih. Dan letaknya dekat pantai. Pagi-pagi bisa liat dolphin. Seru banget.

Understood because of the current low rate of tourists arrival but This resort hotel should be revamped in and out and professionally managed. It is actually well set and unique with a resort-type, much better than the other newer hotels

tasteless food. no clean blanket. got woken up 5am.

View is good but that's it. food tasteless and breakfast no beans no sausages like other hotels. no blanket on bed and the dirty blanket in cupboard looked like never washed. electric mosquito oil didn't work. couldn't sleep all night because mosquitos. Mosques are nice and 5am you will get woken up because of the call to prayers so close. Slept 2 hours. Avoid if you want a good night sleep or good food.
