Everything was outstanding and far beyond expectation. Staff were so friendly, and the rooftop bar is by far the best part of this hotel!

Staff was extremely friendly, polite and helpful. Lobby, restaurant, bar, pool and garden all clean and beautiful. Room was very nice with amazing view from balcony. Dinner was fantastic but breakfast was lacking compared to American breakfast. Walking distance to train, restaurants and waterfront. About 30 minute walk to Sorrento tourist area. Taxi's available via front desk.

So many different options for breakfast - none of the food ever ran out and the staff were beyond friendly and accomodating

Staff was amazing from the hotel manager, staff, bar tenders and waiters. All wonderful and helpful. Anna Izzo was especially helpful too. Can’t wait to return.

The restaurant was the best food we had in Italy. Just far walk (30 minutes) from downtown Sorrento.

We spent a wonderful six days at the Majestic. Everything about it is top notch.

Very much enjoyed our stay. Roof top bar at sunset was great, garden relaxing, breakfast good, staff friendly, and the v cold pool refreshing, if I kept my swims to 30 mins... longer swims meant warming up in a hot shower straight afterwards 🙂.

Beautiful property inside and out! Attentive and most helpful staff. Gorgeous gardens and views, especially on the rooftop for drinks. Convenient to Sorrento for shopping, site seeing and dining.

This hotel is incredible, staff very friendly and accommodating, great restaurant and cocktail options from Dry Martini. Rooms were very nice and spacious. The lobby and common room were breathtaking including a beautiful garden. Highly recommend to stay here.

Charming hotel with great staff and service. Amazing views from rooftop bar. Carbonara pizza was one of the best i have ever tasted.

Windows and doors need upgrading. Strong winds during night had them rattling and banging.
