We were all very impressed by the room and amenities. Pictures in the posting did not render it justice. Room is spacious and beds comfortable. We received room service everyday. They changed towels daily for us. Small fridge, AC and a small balcony included. Really great. The elevator is one of a kind and is there for you despite its small size. Breakfast was served generously and was included with the booking (something pretty rare nowadays, especially in Italy). Nice outside area and washroom access. Staff were very nice and helpful. Really recommend it if you're heading to Milan. Thank you everyone!

Location, staff and breakfast were amazing.

This hotel was awful. The reception area was ok, staff were helpful but the room was extremely basic and dated. However, what made it truly dreadful was the absolutely disgusting smell in the bathroom. It quickly became apparent that there was a horrible problem with the drains. The smell was so bad that we could still smell it with the bathroom door closed. The area around the hotel was bad, even for Milan (which we knew was scruffy from previous visits). The breakfast was very basic and not great quality. Would definitely not stay here again.

This was a fine place for our family to stay while visiting the Duomo and walking around Milan. The hotel room was comfortable. The breakfast was a bit disappointing, but it was very convenient to a subway station to visit the Duomo, and we were thrilled to find an extraordinarily delicious Chinese food restaurant nearby for dinner.

The room was adequate, beds were clean as was the bathroom. You could see some modern touches in the room but could do with re-painting. There was no kettle or drinks facilities in the room which was disappointing. However, the aircon was excellent!! It was so hot outside but the aircon got to work immediately! The breakfast was lovely and the staff were really good, very friendly and helpful and they had the most amazing hot chocolate!

It’s an older hotel, don’t expect much. Clean and good enough for a couple of nights. The y had a good breakfast though. It was convenient because it was close to the metro. The staff was friendly.

The front desk made a world of difference!! One of the best! She was kind and went out of her way to make our trip wonderful and comfortable. Spacious room! Great location and breakfast.

Rooms were good, 3 minute walk to metro which we use to get around.

Check in was very slow. Had to fill in so many forms like going back time before internet and computers. It's not helpful especially when you've had a tiring journey getting there. Other conditions of hotel and room were OK, basically fair for the price.

Hotel is rather simple and bare. People running it are nice. Restaurant next door is nice. Park nearby, did not look so nice.

Hotel Adler is our relocation hotel provided from hotel.com, location is quite far from the central station, they are very clean, the location, the hotel, the room and the toielt, have aircon, free breakfast, good service, we request for early breakfast at around 5am and they prepared for us because we need to check out at 5,30am, they are very nice, in general we are very satisfied, highly recommend.
