Room was TINY and the walls were paper thin. We could hear the room directly next to ours entire conversation. We barely had room to move around, and although we didn’t pay very much, the bed was rock hard and the pillows were the worst I have ever slept on, truly. I ended up sleeping with my travel pillow instead. The staff was very nice and helpful, but the room was terrible. Only stayed there to be close to the airport but would not recommend it.

Tiny room, not enough space to open a suitcase on the floor, had to use the bed to just get out what was needed and close up the suitcase again and this was a triple room with three of us managing this, we were glad it was one night only. Short walk to tram and local pizza place very good. Breakfast wasn’t the best, too many cakes and doughnuts.

Very clean modern room with great air conditioning. The staff are very helpful in helping you get transportation. I began my trip here and after going all over Italy I ended it here and I was very happy I did that!

The hotel room was wonderful! It was very clean and comfortable accommodation! Alberto was very very helpful to me in getting buses to and from my destinations! The location is great for the bus stop it's 10 feet from the door! It is about 15 minutes to the Mestre train station by bus and about five minutes by taxi.I am happy I am going to return in a week to stay with them again!

parking was a little tricky but all and all we felt safe. Property was very clean and perfectly located not to far of a drive from the airport.

The pictures are deceptive. The hotel is old, in a questionable area with limited (I mean VERY limited) parking in a dark lot. I had to park 2 blocks away in a public lot. The rooms are very small and outdated.

Property have small rooms, booked room with double bed and single bed, family room you don't have enough space to walk, bathroom shower is tooooo small, one man even cannot enter inside, i think that's only 2fts shower tray. its closer to the transport bus stop next to, tram 10mins parking free. but for the price is not good not comfort

Comfortable

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a very disappointing experience. The staff was not friendly at all; in fact, they seemed quite bothered when I asked for assistance. The air conditioning in my room wasn’t working properly, it was making a weird noise. When I asked for help, the guy at the front desk went up to the room, didn’t say a word, and simply turned down the AC. No explanation, no apology—just silence. The bathroom was also a disappointment, much smaller than what I’m used to in similar hotels in Europe. The location isn’t great either—it's about 30 minutes away from Venice and there’s nothing of interest nearby. Given the poor service and unfriendly treatment, this hotel is definitely not worth it. I would not recommend staying here.

Nice hotel in quiet place well connected by bus15 and tram 1 from mestre and easy to go to venice aswell. The family room for 4 has design fault the half partition between rooms blocking the air conditioning- spoke to Alberto who was very kind & helpfull and sorted a fan which sorted the issue-- otherwise would have been 5star for comfort aswell.
