The welcome and staff were great, and we got parked up with guidance from the helpful staff. The location of the hotel is also great with bars and restaurants very close by, including a restaurant bar next to the reception area. Our suites were lovely and large and they provided free macaroons and fizz in the the room. The not so great parts were the rooftop pool area, not having enough beds and seating for guests, so we ended up being unable to use this facility as expected, they also had no bar/drinks area up there, which made it feel very secluded. Secondly, the gym was not as advertised, having only a couple of cardio machines, not the advertised resistance machine. I tried to use what I soon realised was a defective cross trainer and it injured my leg whilst trying to use it, actually drawing blood on sharp exposed edges, so gym ended up being an absolute disappointment and disaster. Otherwise an ok stay in a lovely city.

Beautiful hotel with a spa in a great location and friendly staff

The room was huge and the bed was so comfortable . Reception staff very accommodating . Breakfast was plenty of choice . Would highly recommend this hotel , as all near to all attractions

Room very hot and air conditioning is only working in the morning for a very short time on hot! This in April. The cold function is somehow turned of centrally. On questioning this at reception ( friendly) I was told it was not working on cold as April is cold for local people. When I remarked this was an international hotel. I was bluntly told :" This is Spain, do as the locals"

Huge disappointment with this "Spa" Hotel. Booked this hotel with great expectations of using pools, saunas, etc but we discovered during our check in that is needed to pay to use it and with for limited time. Nothing is mentioned when you book and it is misleading since they promoted with nice pictures of the spa. Rooms are good but a bit noisy. Windows are directly above an atrium with chairs for guests and you can hear eco from people speaking. Breakfast is good with a nice mix of fruits, breads, cakes and hot food.

Property is not well kept. Dirty walls. Broken tiles in the bathroom. AC does not work. Old and rough bath towels. Bedroom furniture stained. Location is the only good thing

Breakfast was great, and staff very efficient. No food options during lunch. Inconvenient on a rainy day when you can't get out. Service in the bar was extremely slow, when available

Lovely hotel, perfectly located in the historic district to shopping & restaraunts.

Room had sound insulation whatsoever including the outer wall. Outside revellers in the alleyway caused restless sleep all night; Breakfast is cafeteria style with self-service areas in three separate rooms, overall poor quality with hot food served completely COLD, and the worst quality coffee from self -service machines. This establishment is NOT 4 star.

Ck in was very good; especially helping us with parking. Stay was nice with relaxing SPA. Breakfast staff very attentive and pleasant.
