I love this hotel. Few steps to the mall and the hotel itself is so clean.

I was hoping for an earlier check-in, or at least on time, as per the standard 3:00 PM check-in time, but it ended up being almost 4:00 PM. This hotel has terrible time management! I'll never stay here again.

Check-in was supposed to be at 15.00, the problem was that we could only check-in at almost 16.00.

I have a great stay at the Westin Kuala Lumpur, the price for the room is very worth it and also very accessible to Pavilion and TRX Mall. The only thing that I don’t really like is the check-in staff. I ordered 2 rooms and have requested both of the rooms to be connecting rooms or at least nearby, but when I want to check in, the first staff that I approached said that there are no 2 rooms nearby that is available and both of my rooms are on different floors, so I waited for a while again and then asked another staff to check me in and then the other staff said that I can get both rooms nearby, so I wonder if the first staff [was] too lazy to check the available rooms or not. And then the check-in process took too long but after that it’s all good 👍.

The rooms are spacious, clean, and fragrant. The location is very strategic, right in front of Pavilion Mall. The food is varied and delicious.

All the hotel staff were very friendly and kind. The facilities were complete. We enjoyed our stay at the Westin.

I had a pleasant stay here. The room were spacious. The front desk allow us to check in early.

When the hotel is under Marriot Bonvoy, of course the service is the best service ever. The foods especially, very delicious. Helpful very friendly and helpful. Location convenience for shopping. Lastly, the hotel very clean.

My experience at this Westin hotel was pleasant, the location is really in the center of the crowd, the swimming pool is nice, the cleanliness is also okay.

This hotel is right in the middle of Bintang Hill ... right in front of the Pavilion Mall ... for those of you who come to shooping or enjoy the Bintang Hill both day and night ... This hotel is perfect. Night culinary to Alor Street can also be traveled on foot ... not too far huh ... want to go to Sunei Wang also very close. I was here 2 nights ... Checked in very fast ... Deposit when asked for 400 RM but because I only had 250 RM cash still allowed with the Reception ... I asked for a view towards the Pavilion Pavilion ... I was given too ... maybe because there is still a view room there. Whoever brings a child who wants to swim can do it ... because the pool is also big. When checking out is also very fast ... after the deposit money is returned we are offered whether you want to order a taxi or grab ... the service is really good. Next I will stay here again. Oh yes for the room ... the size of the room is very spacious ... the bathroom is really attached with the following equipment ... there are slippers, iron + table, hair dryer, kimono, soap, shampoo, toothbrush, paste, body lotion ... even there are Kereeen body scales this hotel .... RECOMENDED prices are also not too expensive for the size of the Foreign Affairs

The experience of welcoming the new year 2020 by staying in this hotel, walking distance to the Bukit Bintang shopping and culinary center. It was very fun, but unfortunately there were no fireworks in the center of the pavilion at that time.

Good location.. In front of Pavilion KL. Just a walk to shopping destination and eat destination.

My husband and I really like breakfast at this hotel, the food is delicious, the rooms are good, and the service is very good.
