The hotel is great, clean, and the rooms are very spacious and soundproof. The staff are friendly, and the hotel is conveniently located inside a complete shopping mall 👍. Unfortunately, the breakfast selection was quite limited, and the pillows were very hard. Hopefully, these areas can be improved in the future.

Easy to find and check in. Near to Stadium Bukit Jalil.

The TV is great for watching the World Cup, but it’s too small for a deluxe class. The corridor has a very moldy smell.

The room is value for money. Having a smart TV was good to spend time watching programs I like. The room had everything we wanted for use. However, the breakfast was not that great.

Friendly staff and very efficient check-in. Plenty of car at the mall basement, mention your car number and flat rate of RM5 will be charged during exit.

First time stay hotel ni, recommend for course n event.. easy to access coz hotel ni inside the mall n kalau nak pergi mall pun senang access dari bilik hotel lift thru shoping mall but kedai2 agak limited but still ok.. this hotel is muslim friendly n the bfast what i can say is tasty n i like it..

Cozy, spacious, and easy to reach anywhere by car or Grab. Connect with mall and easy to find food, etc. Fast check-in and many parking available and safe! Will repeat again next time!

The best hotel stayed so far. My room got 1 super king bed with 2 single bed extra. Complimentary supper & breakfast for 6 pax. The food so delicious and varieties. 10 minutes from Mid Valley & about 20 minutes only from KLCC. Wallah. Surely will repeat.

Been there for Muse Concert in Bukit Jalil last week! I think based on my research this hotel has things that I need for my stay there. The staffs are really nice and so helpful, the room is clean and has everything we need, its even need access card to enter the corridor to reach our room so it feels really safe to left my boy alone while we enjoyed Muse show!
