Convenient location, walking distance to restaurants nearby

The hotel was undergoing renovations- they put us on a room with plastic all over the hallway carpets.workers began around 7.30am it was impossible to sleep. The room was very small - no kettle, no fridge, water provided on first day only. Breakfast buffet food was below average - over cooked and cold. While location was excellent - I did not enjoy this hotel at all.

The location of the hotel was perfect, right at the Kramerbrucke, the hotel is modern and tasteful and the rooms were perfect. There was limited and very tight parking at the hotel, but the sister hotel car park is only a short walk away. The friendly staff and great food also added to a fantastic stay in Erfurt.

We loved this hotel located right at the Merchants' Bridge. The rooms were spacious and bright, and the staff was helpful. The experience was enhanced by a gourmet breakfast. The lobby was comfortable and inviting where we could sit and hang out with friends.

Our stay was exceptional. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The staff was helpful, and the breakfast buffet offered all one could wish for. The location is in convenient walking distance to all sights. We highly recommend the hotel.

A very new hotel in a picturesque location in the centre of the old town. Comfortable smallish room, but with no fridge or kettle or coffee-making facilities.

I was super grateful for the support of a hotel employee Sarah who made my first trip to Erfurt special by offering ideas about restaurants, transportation, and sites. Much appreciated... Looking forward to returning to the hotel and town again.

Driving here is a maze of one ways, but worth it.

the hotel was in an ideal location. paid for a room with a balcony but was allocated a ground floor room with a balcony that was overlooked by a car park so that was disappointing and not what i expected. room was nice though and although a little basic was very clean, comfy and practical

Erfurt is a delightful place! This hotel, we stayed in the old section above the Gera River, is a perfect location to see the history- great for Martin Luther walks. The only thing I didn't realize was that the old section doesn't have an elevator and for older folks with luggage, its a challenge. However once we got up the flights to our room, everything was very nice.

Erfurt is a great city, and if you want to enjoy the atmosphere, the Kramerbrücke is the place to be.

Well situated hotel right on the edge of the old town, plenty of places to eat nearby, fantastic town for sightseeing despite this just being a convenient stopping off point on our route. Also plenty of retail shopping if that’s what you like right next to the old town.
