Great location

Great location very friendly staff excellent breakfast

Loved our stay here. Wished we had booked more time just to take in the amenities!

I am warning people about this property. They are very deceptive because they don’t tell you the rooms face the leather market directly under all the undoes so you are unable to open your window from the horrible body odor of the merchants below and the contestant cigarette smell too. We were woken up 4-5am each morning from the loud people outside setting up the leather markets with the wagons. This was the worst hotel ever, and the AC does not go below 19c so our room was burning hot.

This property was amazing. It was clean, convenient and safe. But the breakfast was INCREDIBLE. Rachel in the breakfast was the kindest and hardest working person. She was amazing! 10/10! I would recommend this place to anyone coming to Florence.

My husband and I really enjoyed this hotel. It’s centrally located, conveniently located, and very comfortable. 10/10 stay for me.

Amazing hotel! Hidden gem right by the train station - great area and beautiful rooms

Perfect location to be able to walk to all the tourist spots. Close to Mercado Centrale which is great for food. Ten minute walk to the train station and an hour from there to Pisa on the train. We were there to celebrate my partners 60th and on arrival there was a small cake and 'happy birthday ' in chocolate which was a lovely surprise. Staff all really pleasant.

We stayed at the Solo Experience Hotel for just one night as a last-minute decision to be closer to the train station before heading to Cinque Terre. It turned out to be one of the best choices of our entire trip. Every staff member we encountered was genuinely kind, helpful, and accommodating. Their hospitality was the best we’ve experienced so far in Italy. The biggest surprise was the size of the room. It was easily two to three times larger than any other hotel room we’ve stayed in on this trip. It was extremely clean, well stocked with everything we needed, and offered a lovely view. It was the kind of place you actually didn’t want to leave. The location is fantastic—right in the heart of Florence with easy access to shops, restaurants, and major sights. We always appreciate walkability and this hotel delivered. Despite being in such a central area, the inside of the hotel was very quiet and peaceful. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Florence.
