Affordable price with spacious and clean rooms, with views of Medan Tuanku and its surroundings. The staff is very friendly and helpful, and the location is close to the Chow Kit monorail. Highly recommended for holidays, staycations, or business in Kuala Lumpur.

The bed is too narrow for two people, not enough. The size of the room is very small.

Despite of the surrounding area does not commendable with Hilton’s brand, the hotel is walking distance to Chow Kit monorel station and nearby Golden Triangle of Kuala Lumpur city centre. The hotel’s building is seemingly refurbished and further improvements are needed especially on car parking for the hotel’s guests. The breakfast menu is decent hence comparable with its status as 3-star hotel. The hotel’s premises is divided into north and south buildings. No connecting walkways within to connect with the both sections.

The service and room at the hotel are very good, but the traffic jam around the hotel was horrible.

Phòng cũ, khá sạch sẽ, nhân viên thân thiện, có bàn ủi, máy sấy tóc, check in 15h, check out 12h, cách âm cực kỳ không tốt, ở ngay cạnh phòng nhân viên, tiếng nói chuyện, tiếng cửa đóng mở cực kỳ rõ ràng. Dọn phòng khá trễ (sau 15h chứ không phải buổi sáng)

The hotel is not far from LRT Chow Kit, 5 minutes walk from exit A. The staff are so kind and helpful, they will collect you 30 MYR for tourism tax if I'm not mistaken, the room is completed with basic amenities we need, no need to bring toothpaste, toothbrush, bath soap, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, hand wash, they have it all. The cleaning service will clean the room every day so you will have a clean room when you back to the hotel. The room is quite spacious for me (solo) with 2 luggage and still have many spaces. Nearby there is KK Mart open 24/7 and also Mydin and 7/11 are across the street. Breakfast is just good enough to have before starting the day. I have nothing to complain about. This hotel is worth the money.

The hotel is good, receptionist very kind. But the parking valet service very bad. Their staff try to lay inside our car. He adjusted our driver sitter and my husband saw that happened he mad at that staff. The staff shocked and opened the car door and hit the wall.

I suggest if you would like to have a happy holiday please don't book this hotel, you totally can not check in at 3pm. I wait until 3:56pm, but I was told to wait a another 20mins, because the room I book is not ready yet. Suggestion for Hilton, if you can't make it, please hire more cleaner to clean the your room, really a bad experience for your customer
