Beautiful hotel and location!

We were not given the free bottle of wine and also not to mention when we got to the hotel there was a mix up in the reservation as it has 2 adults and 1 child and a baby once in the room there was not a roll out bed or even a cot for a child as it should of been 2 adults and a child I was told I should have booked the right room we were given a travel cot which my child could not fit inside

The room smell bad, the staff at check in was super rude

I had a wonderful stay at Lux Hotel.The staff were friendly and attentive, and my room was clean and spacious. The highlight was the delicious buffet breakfast with plenty of options. Great amenities and a perfect location make this hotel a top choice. Highly recommend!

Quiet and few minutes walk to shrine

Staff were not the friendliness. Rooms and hallways were dark. Also, they need to make clear the difference between Fátima lux and Fatima lux park before booking,

The hotel was ok but the guy in the restaurant ripped us off on our bill. And it was not by mistake, he was being dishonest!

Beautiful hotel, amazing customer service, delicious breakfast and walking distance to the bus station and Santuario de Fatima.

The exterior looks worn and could do with a coat of paint . The shops which seem to be part of the hotel are mainly vacant which doesn’t make the property look appealing. The staff were attentive and friendly and the breakfast was good.

Average. Customer service is average. Breakfast is ok.

The only thing that i like is we are very closed to the sanctuary, accessible restaurants, but the hotel don’t serve llunch & dinner, but our stay is fine

Excellent location near the Sanctuary. You could also go to the Camino de los Pastorcitos walking. Breakfast was not good. Food was cold

No wifi on room 719 moved to 301 but window does not shut so noisy and creaking doors. One door on 301 needs fixing hinges Paid breakfast not as fresh. Long queues one day we have to leave due to lots of people in the line when we came back same

Had a lovely room with a Juliet balcony with a view of The Sanctuary. Breakfast had lots of choice and very enjoyable. We didn’t eat there in the evening and the bar was closed, which was fine for us. Pool area nice, although we only looked. Brilliant location for The Sanctuary. Overall, we recommend this hotel.
