Everyting was good. Is just the wall in the room leaking so much when it rains heavy

arrived at the hotel early morning...welcomed well provided with welcome drink... old hotel but beautiful...only dark in the shower area...food not many choices but not bad...close to Kuta beach. overall good

I arrived on December 31st in the afternoon where the road to Kuta was already closed. My 75-year-old mother and I were dropped off on the road with our suitcases by a driver I hired for an expensive fee, namely Kuta airport Rp. 200 thousand (normal taxi fare 70k) with the hope of being helped which turned out to be a dud. Fortunately, the hotel staff was merciful in picking up my mother even though it was not in their SOP.

Perfect. Never get bored here. Satisfying.

Actually, if it wasn't a pandemic, the hotel would be busy. It's just getting a little scary. Because there are only a few guests. So at night many of the lights in the parks are turned off. And breakfast only 2 menu choices of fried noodles and fried rice were delivered to the room. But overall I like this hotel because the receptionist and all the waiters are friendly. The swimming pool is clean. And spacious rooms. Very close to kuta beach love it. Thanks kuta puri. Next, I'll be back here.

Kamar luas, bersih, terawat, fasilitas lengkap sampai jemuran pakaian basah juga ada, air panas ada, staf hotel ramah dan siap membantu, kolam renang bersih terawat dan bisa digunakan. Tempatnya nyaman untuk healing dan staycation. Luas, asri, dan tenang juga. Plus dekat kepantai Kuta, bisa jalan kaki di sekitar Kuta. Seru dan menyenangkan.

Friendly service, have stayed here many times, a hotel that feels very Balinese atmosphere

The hotel is very strategic, going to the beach is only 2 minutes, going to the mall is only 7 minutes, the park is very beautiful and lush, a beachside hotel but feels like in the mountains of Lembang, West Java. all the waiters are friendly, we stayed 3 nights because we extended a discount, not bad for added by. For food, because it is still a pandemic period, there is no buffet, but there are 4 local and western choices. Recommended for those who want to find a villa in the center of the crowd.

Hotel located in the middle of Kuta but very quiet and comfortable. My wife and I honeymooned here for 3 nights with the room plus a clean private pool. The air conditioner is very cold, the mattress is clean and soft. Rooms are spacious. The room is new because the hotel has renovated a lot of buildings. The staff starting from security, reception, to housekeeping and even the workers who work on the building are all very friendly, always greeting guests when they are about to leave or when they arrive. The food is delicious, not bad for a stomach chop in the morning before going out. The road to anywhere is close, can walk to the beach in front, malls and places to eat, souvenir markets, all close. How fun!

Nice hotel, nice atmosphere, friendly hotel staff. It's just because the hotel is 90 percent of Caucasians so we are local residents. especially when at the receptionist. We were asked how many people were in the room. I said my child is 10 years old. But they don't believe it and say I want to see my child first when checking in. So if you want to spend the night, especially those who have more children. Be prepared to interview in detail about the child's age and body size of the child.

The waitresses are friendly, but not the receptionist. I added rooms and extra beds because I brought children, so it was more expensive than other hotels with better facilities and locations. Actually it's not a matter of money, but I was interrogated like a criminal when I found out I was from the village and brought the children. My advice is that if you bring a group or children, choose another hotel because the rooms are damp and slippery, full of water without knowing where they are so slippery and make children slip. This is my first and last choice for this hotel.

Spacious room with comfort design, Close to Kuta Beach within 2 minutes, Considering price level, it's very good choice to stay in Kuta. Close to the shopping mall too within 7 mintes walking. Consider to come back.

Nice place. homey, but the bathroom is oversized. A bit scary. But for large family stays, recommended. Most who stay here are Caucasians. Very little food, not many choices.
