To the gentleman in charge of making omelets. Please serve me sincerely and sincerely, sir. I ordered 2 plates of sunny-side up eggs, for me and my husband (3 eggs each plate). I then took another menu while waiting for the eggs to be made. How disappointed I was when I came to pick up my sunny-side up egg order, the gentleman only made 1 plate & made me wait a long time for another plate of sunny-side up eggs for my husband that I ordered together. I watched him serve other people who should have been me first. The person who came after me he served several people first. What's wrong with the gentleman's sunny-side up eggs finishing 2 plates according to my order? Why did you only make 1 plate? I just arrived and he made another plate but after I waited a long time. I felt sorry to see that gentleman not serving seriously, not serving to the standard let alone excellent. Maybe this is a trivial thing, but maybe for some guests like me it means a lot. Thank you

The mattress made my body itch. It probably wasn't vacuumed often, and the sheets were damp. There were cockroaches in the room. I wouldn't recommend it, not worth the price. Very disappointing.

Check-in on Saturday, the check-in line was sooooo long! 3 CS staff members served me, and after waiting, I finally got my card. And the access card didn't work, aka an error! I kept tapping back and forth until I waited another 30 minutes in the lobby. Finally, I could go up to my room. Oh my, I was in such a rush.

The staff is friendly. The rooms are okay. Next staycation is at Lumire.

The room is spacious and clean. The lighting is very good. There is a night lamp under the table so it makes it easier at night. The view is good, you can see the night city view. In the room there is a work desk. There is a chair to lie down and read a book. The lobby is comfortable. There is an open area for morning or evening walks or sunbathing. The small drawback is that the mattress seems to need to be replaced :) and when asking for an additional access card, you still have to deposit first :) What's cool is that this hotel is not stingy with mirrors. The bathroom has lots of mirrors, even in the corridors of the rooms there are also full-body mirrors. Very best price for the facilities provided.

The staff was very helpful, especially when we got out of the car, where security immediately greeted us and offered assistance. The hotel staff were all friendly, but the breakfast was a bit lacking in variety. The food was okay, but there was no staff manning the pool area, so it was a bit confusing to ask where to rinse off and ask for new towels.

The hotel has a strategic location, conveniently situated near the downtown area and the railway station, making it easy to access local attractions and transportation. We were assigned connecting rooms, which was very convenient for our stay. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and it was a nice surprise to have a bathtub. However, one of the bathroom doors could not be locked properly, which should be addressed by the hotel. In addition, we only received one room key card for both rooms, which limited our mobility and flexibility during the stay. Room readiness was relatively slow. Although I arrived at 3:00 PM, I still had to wait for the room to be prepared. On the positive side, both the check-in and check-out processes were simple and efficient. As for the food, it was satisfactory, but I expected a wider variety of options, particularly at the live cooking stations and food stalls. More selections would enhance the overall dining experience. Overall, the hotel offers a good location and comfortable rooms, but there is room for improvement in housekeeping efficiency, room facilities maintenance, and food variety.

A pleasant staycation experience. The bathtub was clean, the water was large, and the hot and cold water worked well. It's close to Plaza Atrium Mall, and in the evening, you can enjoy culinary delights at Sentra Kue Pasar Subuh Senen, where you'll find a wide variety of delicious snacks. The hotel's location is very strategic, just a short walk to fun places... I'd love to stay here again next time.
