This is an older hotel that has seen better days and should be renovated..outdated rooms, smelly unventilated bathrooms, poorly staffed, only staff to be seen in the lobby/ reception, no one to help with luggage, lacks security since main entrance has no doors, just open to the street, antiquated restaurant, etc..Woul not recommend to any visitors.!!

My stay here was great I had no problem. It was safe, convenient, close to a lot of places and great internet. The staffs were helpful, daily house keeping which made the rooms clean and comfortable. I would definitely recommend and would go back to this hotel. They also have a restaurant the food was good pool clean and nice. It was a 10/10 for me.

My room was great, nice view of the city. The hotel is located in the middle of everything, not too far from shopping, restaurants and water front.

I slept good on a nice bed. Good AC, good TV. Room is large and quiet with fridge and dinning area.

I think their customer service is great. It's a budget hotel in fair conditions. The location is very convenient.

Istay at this property most of trips to Panama and enjoy each stay, at great place to enjoy Panama.

This is an ok hotel. It is exactly what you expect for the price. The front desk staff was not friendly during our checkin but otherwise we had no issues.

Good location.. but small/slow elevators insufficient parking, and bad bedding
