Lovely hotel in the centre of Kaprun. 5 minute walk downhill to the town centre. Good skiing and apres ski. Enjoyed the spa facilities in the hotel. Definitely recommend it and we’ll stay again.

The stay was awful. The room was hot and there was no air conditioning available. There was no parking available so we had to park on the street and pay for it separately.

The staff at this hotel are very friendly, the breakfast is super delicious, and the room is pretty good sized! I stayed here for the ironman triathlon and the location was perfect, just a short walk to the events. I would definitely stay here again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Very nice hotel in the heart of town. The room was large and spacious-especially the bathroom.

The hotel was a nice location within easy walking distance to many local attractions. Even with the added business due to Ironman event, the staff were very friendly and very responsive. Great location, great staff, and excellent overall stay.

Beautiful hotel! Upscale and ultra clean. Our room was spacious and well appointed. Bathroom was up to date and spotless. Kitchenette equipped with all we needed. Steps away from the lake. Plus, the staff was extremely kind and helpful😀

Very nice reception, escort to the off site parking, quick service to the room, and a nice breakfast. Zell am See has a lot of nice options to dine.

Really beautiful hotel. Great location in town, wonderfully furnished, great beds, great feel. Supercool rooftop bar and lounge, and great breakfast.

It was very nice! Rooms were great - they even made up the third person bed for us. Good location to center of town, pedestrian zone, and restaurants. We especially liked the rooftop bar/restaurant where we watched the Eurocup games with other customers. Great place!

Nice hotel, good breakfast and skybar had amazing view and good ambience. Most of staff was attentive and friendly. Some noise coming from the main road going through town. Parking in town is somewhat expensive.

Excellent hotel!! Very polite, helpful and friendly staff, from the front desk to the people who helps during breakfast, which by the way, is delicious! Rooms are very spacious and clean.

Staff very friendly & helpful. Location great. Parking one Block away - not so cool, but ok. Room furnishings very bland, had NO local (tirolean) look. Too bad, it would have been a nice fit for the area.
