The room is huge and clean. The staff is incredibly nice. The only drawback is there is no air conditioning but they provide you with fans. All in all an excellent stay and we would stay there again

Nice hotel. Little dark at night but it adds a different vibe.

The property is far from Luzern and requires a minimum of 1 train and 1 bus ride. Plus there is no AC in the rooms and it gets super hot. The staff did provide fans when asked but it was too small to help in any actual way. The room( more like apartment) we got was spacious and clean.

Parking is limited here to 4 spots in front of the hotel. If you get here by car there are parking limitations all over the area. Get a small car too!!! There is a 15 FR a day garage next to the hotel. We liked the hotel, spacious rooms but stay away from the freeway side. Windows open impossible.

Stifling air in rooms. No ventilation windows have to be closed, freeway 50 yards 24hrs a day.

We put up at this hotel for our return flight from Zurich. For the price we paid considering Switzerland, I think it’s great value. The reception staff are friendly and helpful, the rooms are big and clean. The hotel is very well maintained. Room amenities - very basic.

Checkin was fast and pleasant. The room is basic but perfect for a quick stopover. There is no AC so nights can be a little warm during the summer months.

Modern hotel with excellent breakfast. Ideally located if you are with a car.

extras (wifi and breakfast) are too expensive in relation to the hotel standing. review your pricing . suggestion is to provide free wifi .
