The hotel is centrally located, close to the Medina, and a 30-min walk to the Hassan 2 Mosque. Close to restaurants and shops. Staff very helpful overall. Room was spacious with plenty of desk space for work. Plumbing was usable, but may help to upgrade the showerhead and taps.

BAD. Not like the photos at all!! Staff in restaurant were too busy on their phones to notice anyone sat down and waiting to be helped... ended up leaving after 10 minutes of no one coming over. The rooms are old and not well kept, they do not look like the photos at all! Would not stay again and would not recommend.

The hotel has a great location

Cute decor. Spacious and clean rooms. Great location. Staff is very helpful and friendly. Breakfast is a little expensive and not that great. I recommend Le Fleur to eat just down the street.

Amazing hotel. Friendly and accommodating staff.

The hotel is conveniently located, rooms are good, staff is very helpful. Don’t bother paying extra for the breakfast option, it is beyond disappointing. Orange juice was watered down so much that you couldn’t even taste the orange anymore, no fruits, some stale pastries, lentils, sausages and hard boiled eggs. There are cafés and restaurants around the hotel with better options.

I liked the area, if we went 1 block left it was a newer area, and one block right it was more outdoor food and markets. I found the room dark, bed hard. We had no view. It was noisy, could hear doors shutting. Our key card didn’t work, we went down everyday to reactivate. You need to keep you keycard in to keep the air on…Tub made of tile, it is high and slippery, there is a handle but in an awkward spot so it’s not helpful if your short. The lounge/lobby was really nice, good staff. Room was cleaned daily. For a four star hotel I was expecting in room coffee or at least in the lobby

Was a very short night stay due late arrival and early departure. Front desk manager was very helpful in arranging a taxi in the morning and even more so in assisting in the recovery of my cell phone left in that taxi. I am very grateful for his swift assistance as it avoided much potential travel disruption

Improve customer service- have friendly staff

It is only a block away from Seafood market and there are plenty restaurants as well. the location is very convinient.

Good hotel, clean rooms, nice bedding. Included Breakfast buffet was not great but ok. Liked the surrounding area and the nice friendly staff. Will definitely stay again.
