Loved every minute of our stay. Had a room by the lower pool, close to the beach and restaurant/reception. Room cleaned every day, comfy beds and pillows. Breakfast was ok, nothing special and a bit repetitive with not a massive choice. That has to be expected with any hotel of this size. More choice means more thrown out. Short 5-8 minute walk along Pattaya beach to walking street with a few beach bars on the way (or on the way back 😃). Our first visit to Koh Lipe and we’ll definitely return, hopefully to Sita Beach Resort.

The honeymoon room is very good, the room is spacious, fragrant, the equipment is complete. Go in and there are frangipani decorated to be very beautiful. There is a tub to soak in and look out to the sea view. The bathroom is clearly separated into zones, towels, face towels, hand towels are available for use by the sea. The sofa is very comfortable. Beautiful dressing table, bright room lights, two swimming pools. At the top, you will be able to take photos with the sea view, very beautiful. There is definitely another opportunity. But unfortunately the location of the hotel is a bit far from walking street. It's tiring to walk. If taking a taxi, it's difficult to go up as well.

A beautiful resort stay. Clean and spacious. Good location too. Best to go through the beach from the immigration - a 15 min walk. Walking Street is also a 10 min walk if you walk along the beach. However, breakfast is horrible. Being a 4 star hotel, Sita could actually do more for the breakfast. It was too simple. Have some Pad Thai, fried rice or food that represent Thailand pls.

Come to Lipe for 2 days. First day, sleep, Deluxe Seaview due to exhaustion. And like the seasick to the accommodation, so did not take a picture on the 2nd day. The room is nice, clean but the water in the bathroom is a strange smell. Like not tap water Water flowing, flowing, strong, breakfast is not tasty at all. The service staff are impressive.

Sita beach is a very friendly resort with very helpful staffs. It is situated at almost end of the pattaya beach, near to bella vista and thus could take some walk to reach the walking street. The resort gave us a very 'garden' feel, which felt like an oasis. You can access to sunset beach from the back entrance of the resort through some walking. There is also a massaging shop just in front of sita beach and you could get a massage while listening to the sound of waves crushing onto the beach, but please note that a reservation is required. Breakfast is decent with a mixture of western and thai food. Overall it was really relaxing to stay in the resort.
