We were there only one night and it went well. Check in was quick. People behind counter friendly and helpful.

Overall is a nice stay with few points that are lacking that affects the comfort of staying there. 1. Heating is turned off around 11pm thus you will feel cold if you are not asleep by then. 2. Hotwater not consistent, the water might turn cold for a moment when you are showering. 3. Parking is in public carpark outside the compound thus you will need to walk in the cold to the house although there are ample space to park in the compound. They do allow you to drive yr car into the compound for loading and unloading though. 4. There are no communal laundry facilities which is not ideal for long stay. 5. No dishwasher, no kettle and only 1 pot ,1 milk pan and 1 frying pan.

This was ok for a one night stay! Clean and shower was ok. Very noisy loud neighbours.

This was the perfect way to end our trip, with our young family as we spent pretty much the whole day in the pool! There isn't a great deal directly around the resort, so make sure you've stocked up on food before you arrive....although, it's not far to drive into Pisa if you need supplies! Staff we very helpful and welcoming!

This place is great for families. We were on a road trip back to the UK with a full car and bikes, two adults, a 7 year old, and a dog. Beds were comfy, room was clean, decent set up and layout of room and resort. Dog had plenty of space to run around but no dogs allowed around the pool grass area - which is silly IMO. And if you wanted to sit by the pool, you had to pay an extra €8 - again, very silly and both need to change as there were plenty of umbrellas free - 80% - and lots of space in the grass area that was “free” to use for residence and, far away from the pool not to be unhygienic by having the dog around or a disturbance for other guests. We left at the crack of dawn and it was a pain to leave as we couldn’t drive our car in to the resort and there was no signage to leave the keys - quick fix needed on both: a sign by reception and the code/or fob to the electric gate. The great thing was we were close to Pisa, in a quiet suburb that had a country retreat vibe - very green and chilled. Would come back for sure!

Hotel was in a nice quiet location. It was close to Pisa and close to grocery store. Vehicle required for this area. The hotel offers pool access for free in the evening and it was very fun. The hotel has an easy kitchen and set up was perfect.

We stayed for one night arriving late and leaving early the next morning. There is no reception after a certain time, so we contacted Hotels.com who organised for the hotel to leave the keys in a key for us, which worked perfectly. The rooms we very clean and spacious, but the beds were not the most comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful in the morning. Breakfast was also pretty good.

We had very good time, quite location, polite staffs, very clean and looked after, easy accessible to shops, town, overall very happy.

Good accommodation for our last night in Tuscany. Two big double beds, a small kitchen and not much else but it was sufficient. Wifi was very slow, 4G was much better. The pool area was massive and really excellent if that is important to you.

three of us stayed at Eden Park Resort for 7 days, the accommodation was spacious and well designed, we were impressed with the cleanliness and condition of everything as it was excellent. The pool area was magnificent we are definitely going to revisit. The Resort is ideally placed to visit many of Tuscany's beautiful towns and villages.

We arranged a trip to Italy a few months ago, and one of our stops was Pisa, to spend some quality time with friends of ours. The location was easy to find, and not far from the town center. Only note: ask the reception for an emergency number, as one of our neighbors, a couple from France, got locked out of their room at 2 in the morning, and they had to sleep in our car for the night as there was no way to get in touch with the management. We even called the local police (Carabinieri) but they were not helpful and left after a few minutes. Aside from this, the room was nice and comfortable, breakfast was simple and healthy, and parking was easy.

There is NO sound proofing between the 4 apartments that are in each building. Snoring, talking, moving of chairs, dogs - any sound is resonated in the adjoining apartments. WIFI in the apartments is unreliable. The heat is turned off from 10:30 in the am until late afternoon and again during the night regardless of temperature freezing or not.

Staff were great with information. Thank you Antonio. His knowledge of local gastronomy and how and where to go was sensational. The units were first rate. We LOVED it!
