Nice Hotel, near to the City Centre, close to many restaurants and bars. Good breakfast, very clean and the staff are very friendly. I really recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to stay in Kaunas.

I was a bit underwhelmed by the look of the hotel lobby and room. However everything was comfortable and in working order.

Food was great however paid for a spund proof room and had over 10 hours of noise from builders also the radiator stained my new clothes due to not being cleaned.

To nie jest hotel w standardzie 4 gwiazdek! Max 2-3 gwiazdki. Pokoje są stare, materace w łóżkach wygniecione. Brak Wi-Fi! To dyskwalifikuje ten hotel w mojej opinii, bo potrzebuje Wi-Fi do pracy. Trudny wjazd na parking hotelowy, na którym ciężko znaleźć wolne miejsce parkingowe.

Very nice & comfortable. Staff was very accommodating to change our rooms (& it was an upgrade) because of semi-nude mural in the wall that we didn’t want if possible

Good location, nice name! That’s it i can say something positive about this hotel! They are stating that it is 4 ⭐️ , but from my experience I would give no more than 3 ⭐️. There is no customer service at all! Check in was unprofessional, no greetings, or welcoming! Don’t bother to go for breakfast, because it is absolutely crap, also no one is meeting you there. Rooms are tired and tight, old furniture and the bed/mattress is awful. Same story at the checkout, they didn’t bother to ask you about your stay, just checked how much you owed them! I would choose different hotel next time for sure!
