Huge and spotless room!

Just amazing , room, staff, food , views! Totally worth to visit this unique place.

We have stayed at many Hyatt hotels but this one was a big disappointment. The room was okay, by no means luxury but decent; the spa area was nice, the view from the pool was amazing, but positives stop there. The only onsite restaurant open for dinner was the buffet. Being very expensive for Bulgarian standards, we thought it would be well worth it, but the food choices were extremely limited and food quality was simply subpar. The service at the restaurant was awful. We had to chase a waiter for drinks menu, then were given menus that turned out were not current. Then we were given other menus, seemed no one knew what they were doing. Breakfast was no different, very limited choices, maybe okay for breakfast "included" at a 2 star hotel but not for a Hyatt. I was surprised no one at front desk greeted us properly and no one cared to ask how was our stay at checkout. To wrap it up, I would never return to this Hyatt and simply cannot believe that the Hyatt chain will not hold up this property to higher standards.

Absolutely breath taking views surround this hotel. The online pictures don't do it justice. Spa, food, room, bed, service - all top notch!! I can't wait to come back again with friends and family.

Hotel's facilities are perfect, which is room and resturant, pool, garden. But check in process has big problem. it is not a first time for me. two month ago when I visited here was similar. at that time, hotel couldnt find my reservation, and this time my room was not allocated. it looks your, hotels.com, problem, not Hyatt. and my friend visit here together with me also has problem which cannot find his reservation.

Okay value for money. Very family friendly. Very isolated. But the room could use an update, and the only two pillows in the room were small.

The bed was not good. The stuff in the restaurant and reception were nice, but in the SPA and the rest of the hotel not friendly. Tha pool in the SPA was cold and half of the facilitys did not work. This is second time we se that in the hotel. There was a unpleasant smell in the SPA as well. The food was really good.

I lovers the lake v from room balcony, the tasty food , the land scape ,the staff helping ,the indoor swimming pool, I didn’t like the massage treatment. Above all the hospitality was high level .

Beautiful area, clean and quiet. Didn't know in advance that outdoor pool is not included in the price. Also beverages at dinner (even water) has extra charge.

Sauna and Spa facilities need to be maintained, over half were closed down.

You are staying half board but you have to pay all your drinks including water .

Bad stuff: Parking was completely packed, had to circle several times and stop far away from the hotel in the end. No towels in spa, we were given some rugs. Service in resturant was not engaged at all had to look for them few times. No children playground or place inside, lots of children were running around lobby screaming and playing while there was no other place to sit for a coffee or drink, can hardly hear your own voice from all the noice. Had to wait for waiter in lobby bar and ask for order on the bar in the end. Good stuff: check-in was excellent, room was good, view was awesome, location is very good, Spa is good, but there are some broken showers not working and salt missing from the salt steam bath.

Lovely views, spacious accommodation, quite, lovely food, polite and helpful staff
