We stayed for 2 nights and the entire time our room was not cleaned nor was our trash taken out! We had to ask for fresh towels! This was so gross, our trash was full and overflowing! When I complained to the front desk I was told the rooms are cleaned every 2 days!! I will never go back again! For what we paid, I expected better than this! We should have stayed at a motel. This place is very worn down. The elevators are old and the floors are cracked! It was very hot throughout the hotel. Thank goodness, it was cold in our room! The staff was not too friendly either. Not very hospitable!

The pool was dirty. We had to clean the pool in order to get in there. We were not happy about it because if we pay all this money at a nice hotel.

All waffle iron have been broken. No waffles for breakfast. Facility is under renovation. Sound travels between rooms.

I was in town for one night! This room was very very over priced! I spent $300.00 for one night this was ridiculous! And the room definitely wasn’t all that… I booked the room in advance. Guess I should have declined this offer…

Great place to stay

Way too much construction in area VERY difficult to get to location

The bed was hard and uncomfortable. Won't be back!!!

There was a significant amount of bird feces underneath the trees out front, I mean very significant. I would suggest the power wash it every once in a while

The stay was comfortable and quiet. However, they need a bird abatement badly. Cars were covered in bird poop and there were hundreds of birds. It was hard to find a parking spot with no trees hanging over.

Everything was great other than in parking lot there is tons of bird poop all over the sidewalks and underneath the trees. A lot of people’s cars were covered the next morning. Not sure what can be done but that was the only issue.

We had good service roomwas clean everything was great the only ting was my shower was to hot an cold could regulate mix bu had great time

Clean and nice staff..

Check-in was quick and simple, we had hoped for vending on our floor, but there were no vending machines. The room was very clean and neat.

It was fine other than resupply ourselfs with towels on the second day

Staff was fabulous! We were in a room on the 2nd floor & thought the lighting was horrible so opened the shades & it was the building with a landing. Tons of birds. Chirping. Bird poop all over along with all over our car. The gym was being renovated:( but over all....a pleasant stay.

Very clean! We will definitely stay again when we are in the area!
