They are amazing stuff and very nice place

Staff were fantastic, on reception, at Breakfast and in the bar. The staff made the experience for me. Lot of renovations going on, but the hotel needs an update. For value for money i would recomend this hotel.

The hotel was not as described. The place was terrible. The room had no air conditioning, dirty and everything looked very outdated. Also, some of the rooms doors were wide open and prostitution was run from them.

The cleaning room is excellent, Miss Souad was very friendly. Breakfast room service is available only if you agree to pay a setup amount of 20dh. Other than that, the staff is friendly.

Clean rooms, great staff, breakfast included air conditioning. We arrived early but neverthe less we were given a clean suite with in 20 m8nutes of arriving. The staff helped us with navigation and taxi help. It was an experience i will never forget. The hotel has an old charm and situated in the heart of casablanca.

Throughout my stay the AC was not working and I changed rooms ... Also, WiFi was weak in the rooms, I had to be in lobby for a better connection.

The place looked run down and the staff would not work with us to return a list item or even send a receipt I requested multiple times. Stains on some linens and A/C didn’t work well in about 80% of the rooms.

I endend up not staying because the place was filthy. ask front desk to change the sheet and for them to clean the bathroom and instead he gave me another room which was worse than the first one. I would like my refund

Not good hotel

The housekeeping and staff were friendly. Once I arrived at the property, I was advised that I did not have a reservation. The front desk clerk informed me that she could not find my reservation. The clerk insisted that I did not have a reservation under my name. I had to call and speak with an Orbitz agent to resolve the issue. I was on the phone for over an hour until the issue was resolved. The problem caused me additional time and money since I had to use my international plan unnecessarily, costing me the extra money I should not have had to incur.

Generally hotel needs a bit of love and renovation, but stayed in the suite so was super spacious. Breakfast is average. Good location though McDonald’s is around 2 minutes away and close to the centre

Very clean, comfortable rooms. Great breakfast/restaurant. The staff are super friendly and helpful.
