Room was clean with a decent amount of storage space. The location is ideal for skiing; a very short walk to the signal cable car. We were able to ski down right to the hotel entrance! Easy walk into town (~20 minutes). Very close to a few bus stops and the bus system is easy to navigate. A great price for the location! The hotel has a storage/ski room with lockers, so you can securely store gear. The hotel is lacking onsite amenities (no spa/ pool/ sauna), but they have access to offsite facilities nearby. It was a great place to stay for a skiing trip, I would recommend staying here!

This was our second stay at this 3-star hotel in St. Moritz, which already shows that overall we like the place and appreciate its unique, slightly nostalgic atmosphere. Still, some important negatives should be mentioned. Customer service did not really reflect the “the guest is always right” principle. We were charged CHF 27.5 for 1 liter of syrup because it was prepared with mineral water — without us requesting that. Even by local standards, that felt very expensive. The hotel is about 50 years old, and it shows everywhere. Furniture is dated, rooms are very small, the first-floor corridor often smells unpleasant, and the old wooden bed squeaks badly. Pillows were extremely uncomfortable and could not be replaced. There are few power outlets and not all work. The bathroom drain gurgles for minutes after use. There is a strong diesel smell in the ski room (sometimes even at reception and in the room when windows are open), apparently from a snow-clearing vehicle. Ski lockers require Swiss 1-franc coins, which made it difficult for guests to secure expensive equipment overnight. Cleaning staff can be quite loud in the corridors, sometimes shouting or playing music.

Had a great stay in hotel Nolda! Great service, nice breakfast and location is perfect next to the ski lift. Very nice people working there! I would simply recommend a small upgrade to the rooms, which would be new beds. In the deluxe room the mattress is obviously very old and used (there’s a bump in the middle) and it would be nice with a down duvet and pillow, not the synthetic type. Afterall, it is not a cheap stay/room for a 3 star hotel - but we still enjoyed!

Hotel Nolda is honestly a joke. Tiny rooms, questionable cleanliness, and a bathroom so small you can shower while sitting on the toilet. Outside of the Hotel everything is dirty, full of trash, smells horrible. For St. Moritz prices, this feels like a scam. Outdated, uncomfortable, terrible and not worth a single franc. Only good thing is the location — everything else is a hard no. Wouldn’t stay here again even if it was free.

Very cozy, a bit distance from train station but not a problem. Close to bus stop, and ski lift. We like to hear the water running on river. Beautiful hotel, service is great. Breakfast is awesome. I can smell they are baking fresh in the morning. So awesome hotel.
