The new room is nice, but mine happens to have a view of a wall 🥹

Water facilities are too small and there is no Qibla direction for prayer.

For friendly service, but for the room cleanliness is lacking, the bathroom toilet drain is leaking, there needs to be updates or more maintenance of the wall paint and furniture, carpet, sofa is no longer suitable, our room next door is undergoing renovation and is very noisy, this is our first experience staying here, fortunately it was only one night and just a stopover waiting for a flight.

Since college, I've been a regular at this hotel, and I've always had more stays, and just one night isn't enough.

It was a pleasure to stay here. It's strategically located, clean, comfortable, with excellent service, and super convenient. This hotel is a must-try for anyone visiting Surabaya.

Hotel staff has no policy for early check in, telephone in room is not working

(-) The room was quite clean, but it looked old, maybe it needed a refresh. (-) The bathroom was clean, but the shower wasn't very strong, the hot water didn't work well, there were towels and toiletries but no slippers, and the drain was a bit clogged. (-) There was a TV, but there weren't enough channels, and the picture wasn't clear. (-) The wardrobe was old and needed to be replaced. (-) The location was a bit remote, behind the garden. (+) The AC was cold. (+) The breakfast was great, with a wide variety of menu items and all of them were delicious. (+) There was a drinking water dispenser in each floor hallway.

The staff are polite and friendly. The facilities are reasonable for the price, and the cleanliness is also excellent. It makes you feel at home.

A place to stay near Tunjungan Plaza. It has a swimming pool, a fairly spacious deluxe room, and a new and clean building.

Experience in the month of Ramadan, where on the 2nd day the food for sahur was less varied, there was only coffee and water, there were only 2 fruit variants, hopefully it can be consistent like the previous days.

I've stayed here several times and have always been very satisfied. The staff are super friendly, the breakfast is delicious and varied, and most importantly, they're generous and always refilled. I hope this hotel continues to thrive in the future. 🙏😘

Since I took the newest room, so far everything is fine, aside from the leaky AC. The shower head isn't very strong, and the water heater settings are a bit confusing. I switched it to hot, and the water came out incredibly hot, even though I hadn't turned it up to full capacity. Once I switched it to cold, it was really cold. The lobby AC doesn't feel cold unless it's during busy hours.

Clean hotel, kind and friendly staff, good service, really enjoyed staying at this hotel, strategic location, close to malls and places to eat.

The location is highly recommended, as it's located in the city center and close to the Tunjungan Plaza shopping mall. If you're looking for food, there are many famous food stalls and restaurants. If you're ever in Surabaya, I'll definitely stay at this hotel again. I'll definitely choose a deluxe room, as the view is truly breathtaking, overlooking the city. Thank you, Hotel Bidakara.

The staff were very friendly, both during check-in/check-out and at the restaurant. The room (because I chose the junior suite) was clean and spacious. The bathroom was clean, but there was a slight smell of sewerage. It would be nice if the room was given air freshener. Overall 👌

Nice location, close to interesting places. There is a park and lots of entertainment in front. Easy to find snacks. Normal price.

I apologize for having to give a review that fits my experience. Thank God, the location is centrally located and strategic. However, I have a few complaints. 1. From check-in to check-out, the guest elevator was out of service. So, they were redirected to the employee elevator, which was very uncomfortable. Guests had to climb the stairs to the second floor to use the employee elevator. The same goes for going down. 2. Upon entering the room, the bedsheets were still stained, so I asked for a replacement. Thankfully, they were. 3. The telephone line didn't work. If I had known that, I wouldn't have installed the telephone on the table. 4. The sink and bathroom drains weren't aligned with the drain, resulting in a lot of stagnant water. 5. The swimming pool still had a tarp hanging from it, and the water in the pool was very oily and dirty. There were also several cigarette butts. 6. The receptionist was safe, and everyone was friendly. 7. The food was worth it. It's still safe. PLEASE IMPROVE THE FACILITIES. I understand this is a legendary hotel, but if the service isn't optimal, please also provide a note on the application platform so as not to disappoint guests.
