Very good service, room cleanliness is sufficient

The most beautiful view in Jakarta, perfect and quiet because it is on the 6th floor and also no smoking.

Strategic location, many dining options around the hotel

Definitely a disaster. I came there and got a room, when I entered the sheets were dirty, the phone was not working, the room was noisy because it was near the highway, and very stuffy. I tried calling the receptionist using my personal cell phone, but the number on traveloka was also unreachable. Finally I went downstairs and asked for a room change, I thought it was only my room that had the problem. After changing rooms, it turned out to be the same problem and even the window couldn't be closed because of the different window sizes so the noise from outside could be heard inside. The phone didn't work, the sheets were yellow and dirty, the AC was noisy, even the wifi speed was only 1 mbps and the power cable connection was dead so it was difficult to charge my device. Finally, less than half an hour, I decided to leave the hotel and check out. My money is non-refundable because I have already checked in :) so instead of wasting money on this hotel, it's better to find another hotel that is more affordable.

The staff are not only friendly but very helpful, friendly, polite, ready to help at any time, basically the best. And coincidentally, my event was at Taman Ismail Marzuki, so it was close to Ibis Budget, which was very helpful.

The AC on the second day was very hot, in terms of location it was ok, the service was ok

The room smells stuffy, the hot water doesn't come out for a long time, the AC is noisy, the remote doesn't work.

Overall is ok, just straight forward service. Plenty of food stall/restaurant in surrounding area. Easy access by taxi, Trans Jakarta, Ojek Online etc.
