Horror, dusty, many facilities cannot be used (bathroom & water tap), and the corridor is stuffy because the blower is not turned on.

The service is really great, all the staff are very helpful. Even though it's an old hotel, it's not scary at all because there are a lot of visitors, the only thing I don't like is that when I enter the room it always feels musty, maybe because of the carpet, but other than that, it's okay, overall okay.

This is a fairly old hotel, and I really like the ambiance and cleanliness. The service is also excellent, with friendly staff. The hotel's proximity to Tunjungan Plaza and other destinations makes it easy to get around Surabaya. I recommend this hotel to my friends.
