Jessica was very welcoming and helped with our luggage. Everyone was friendly. The parking was especially appreciated since on street parking is rare. Loved the security too. Two minute walk to the ocean made for scenic walks. Two great restaurants close by…”Ondas do Mar” and “José do Rego”

Everyone is very helpful and very nice. The view is great 👍 wifi is fast and strong. Would love to stay here again. If the room is equipped with a mini fridge would be perfect.

Really nice stay overall, staff amazing and helpful. Breakfast had enough options. I strongly recommend a room with a balcony.

Some of the cleaning staff need to be aware of guests still sleeping as they're usually chatting when cleaning the rooms.

The hotel was lovely. The staff were all really friendly and the service was great. The position of the hotel was near to a supermarket, restaurants and walking distance to two really nice beaches. The only negative I have the the hotel was that our room was next to the road so we had noise from motorbikes going by and there seemed to be a couple of dogs barking quite a bit.

Amazing place, super tranquil but close to the centre. Its impossible to find more friendly staff than this house. The breakfast is so well served and the food delicious.

Não gostei do quarto atribuído (segundo andar), lado cidade. Tv muito pequena e num ângulo desfavorável à posição da cama o que afeta a qualidade de visualização e imagem. A água quente leva muito tempo a aquecer. Deduzo que será um problema generalizado nos quartos do segundo andar. Ar Condicionado liga mas não funcionou. Vou equacionar uma próxima vez este hotel pois nas anteriores estadias fiquei muito satisfeita no entanto, se a experiência voltar a ser apenas satisfatória, provavelmente não regresso. Pequeno almoço mantém a qualidade para a categoria do hotel. Staff, mantém a simpatia e disponibilidade de sempre.

Hotel muito acolhedor e bem localizado na Lagoa. Com dois restaurante pertos (acessíveis a pé e a curta distância). Estacionamento disponível. Quarto com espaço suficiente, muito limpo. Staff atencioso e disponível.
