Hotel jest ok, ale cena za parking jest szalona. Cena jest podana, wszystko sie zgadza, ale chyba bym wybral inne miejsce jakbym sprawdzil ta cene. Z plusow - ladowarka do auta dziala bez zarzutu, ale cena za postoj po zakonczeniu ladowania jest takze bardzo wysoka, wiec trzeba auto w srodku nocy przestawiac.

There was 30 degrees during the summer and A/C was not working in three different rooms, which were Senior Suites, best in this hotel. It means that it is not working anywhere there. We were told that someone will fix it during the day, but nothing like that has happened. On top of it, somebody has opened our room in the morning, when we were sleeping… Stay away from this hotel!

This is a terrible hotel. I got the key to the room and when I enter the room, it appeared that somebody is in this room! They have exchanged my room for another, but everything smelled with cigarettes. Moreover, I was woken up with the cigarette smoke, coming from the bathroom…

Nice property

Great service, they upgraded my room size. Happy the freezer in the min fridge was larger than normal. Easy to uber around and this place is closer to the train station than I thought. It is nice to have a restaurant at the top also with good food and nice staff. Get the breakfast also in the mornings.

The staff were great and friendly. The WiFi in my room did not work properly i only got signal in half of my room and so I had to rely on data mostly. My room card stopped working TWICE in a 4 night stay and had to have reception re-scan the card. That wasn't uncommon either because I met other people who had that same issue. Other than that it was high quality with lots of amenities.

My booking was transferred to Hotel Diament Vacanza, which is a much lower standard hotel. I only found out about it when I arrived at the hotel. I have not received price compensation. I have terrible experience after staying in this hotel

Śniadanie w cenie 70 zł to jakieś nieporozumienie. Nie warte nawet 20 zł. Druga sprawa to parking hotelowy w cenie 50 zł - czy wszyscy już totalnie poszaleli? Nawet w Niemczech parkingi hotelowe są tańsze!

It was peaceful and close to a park.

It is a nice place to stay for a coupe of days. Quite close to the city center. Uber was always 5 min away. Hotel restaurant is very good. Quite spacious too. Overall, the hotel feels quite safe. Carpeting is not new. It can be a bit noisy from the other room neighbors.

Stayed at this hotel for a short business trip. The rooms are spacious and clean. Descent breakfast. The location is a bit far away from the historic center but a quiet neighbourhood.

Hotel room was large and comfortable. However my room for three nights was not serviced at all so the small bin was overflowing, and the tea/coffee/water wasn't replenished. In my room the WiFi was weak to non existant. There is some noise from busy road nearby. The hotel is about a five minute walk from the tram stop with a frequent service to city centre and station with five minute journey time. I probably wouldn't stay at the hotel again.

This hotel is at a good location, about 10 minutes walk to city center. The room is clean and comfortable. Service is good. As for the food I like the breakfast. Overall, I am satisfied with my stay in Park Hotel Diament Katowice.
