A fun time with a great staff. They went above and beyond for Halloween. It’s a grand big space with big comfortable public spaces and a nice room with a balcony.

Staff is not rude, but they’re not great with customer service. Felt like we were bothering them.

Expected our beds to be put together, but not a big deal. Thin walls so you can hear everything. It seems like it is or was a youth camp location.

Everything was lovely. Good and reasonable breakfast. Our room AC didn’t work, but opening the window worked just fine. Great hotel.

A large room property that appears to be going through needed updates. This place must be lovely during a heat wave. Up in the foggy peaks and an easy drive just 30-minutes to Barcelona

Excellent price, nice room, staff very friendly, helpful and accommodating. Some common areas, however, really need some upgrading: carpet on hallways are stained, giving a not-so-really nice atmosphere. But, overall is a bargain.

The stay was wonderful, with a serene and tranquil area offering a stunning view of the mountains. However , we had no AC and had to do with fan. ( The floor is carpet and had many stains on it.)

The hotel is beautiful, but a little difficult to get to without a cab. The staff is exceptional, they went above and beyond to help us. The hotel is in a beautiful location with great amenities.

Our single room with queen bed had a glass wall bathroom. For those who enjoy some privacy in the bathroom this maybe isnt the best choice. Room was very clean and comfortable overall. Public areas of the hotel could be cleaner

Great value but far from everything. Meals were great fantastic breakfast and supper is a real deal at 18 euro including drinks. Nice pool, close to Montserrat but not much else. A nice atmosphere

The hotel is used as a training and conference centre, so it has a very corporate feel. It’s dated and the carpets in the corridors are years beyond their replacement date. The rooms are large and reasonably well soundproofed. The balconies on one side have excellent view of the famous Montserrat sierra. Breakfast was served rather than buffet and was adequate without being worthy of other comment . The staff were all attentive to client need. All on all good value.

A-C in the room didn't work. Front desk person was very rude when I asked if they could look into it, which they didn't do at any point. They didn't offer to change rooms, despite of having low occupancy. Restaurant and bar were closed due to Covid measure s, but they were having an event with 50+ people at the same time.

The hotel is in need of a facelift. Carpet needs replacing. This is a business conference center so there were loud parties well into the early morning. Located very conveniently to Montserrat. Beautiful quick drive though the hills. Staff was very friendly.

The ONLY suggestion for improvement......Spanish beer in the bar. This was a respite after a week traveling around Spain. Climbing nearby Montserrat was the highlight of our tour.

Saknar frukostmöjlighet. Snyggt modernt rum med trevlig balkong. Fruktansvärt hård säng ( som en träbänk). En ljusramp i en taklist och tv kontakt gjorde det svårt att få mörkt i rummet

Hotel tres propre. Un cadre idylique. Petit dejeuner super bien et la wifi très bonne.

C'est un hôtel assez excentré qui offre cependant une belle vue sur la sierra de Montserrat. On peut regretter aussi le style de clientèle, surtout des cars d'asiatiques. Buffet du petit-déjeuner copieux.

Séjour très agréable dans un lieu calme et reposant. Service irréprochable, propreté impeccable et accueil chaleureux, toujours réactif. Que l’on vienne seul ou en famille, on s’y sent bien. La piscine est propre et très jolie, parfaite pour se détendre. Je recommande vivement !
