Very clean modern hotel. Staff very attentive to your needs and friendly. Most spoke English flawlessly.

Polite and helpful staff, quiet hotel

Everything was ok.

Friendly staff and very nice pool

Spacious room. Good breakfast. The handle of the shower needs repair. The Spa was closed.

Again the issue with free parking on site - guaranteed by hotel under reservation. Parking was full and I've been informed that I can use garrage (surcharge) or park on the street (for free - great option). Finally after far too long conversation they allow me to use garage for free. However mixed feelings after that will stay with me - that was second time when I had unpleasent chat in this hotel about "free parking". It means that's their unofficial policy.

Warm and pleasant environment within the hotel grounds. Staff are mostly friendly and all made an earnest effort to communicate in English as my Hungarian was still developing. Really far out from all amenities if travelling by public transport.

In 4 days room service of cleaning was not present in the room to collect garbage or replace need in bathroom

Lovely hotel and spa, Restaurant staff were fabulous, food was delicious especially the tuna salad.

We had a marvellous night in this lovely hotel. We used the bar, wellness center, restaurant. All were excellent. Strongly recommend!

Rooms are nice with nice bathrooms. The Restaurant could only offer buffet that have kept warm all evening. We stayed in a weekend and the pool area was always full with children

War zwar nur für eine Nacht als Zwischenstopp, aber dafür sehr angenehm und empfehlenswert.

Tutto ottimo, colazione e anche il ristorante a buffet. I dintorni sono insignificanti, a meno che non si consideri Budapest come dintorno. Mi sembra un buon hotel di passaggio, buono ma impersonale come tanti altri della stessa categoria.

Nice hotel with a lovely spa

Dålig belysning i rummet. Annars helt OK fast inte fyrstjärnigt. Dåligt att check out var så tidigt, redan kl.10 vilket gjorde att jag inte hann utnyttja spa. Det öppnades kl.8 men när jag kom dit receptionen på spa var inte öppet. Det öppnades kl.9 vilket gjorde att man inte kunde låna handdukar till spa. När jag frågade om öppettiderna dagen innan i receptionen sa de bara att spa öppnades kl.8 och att man kan hämta handdukarna där. AC fungerade dåligt och det var väldigt varmt på rummet.
