Quite shocked at the negative comments here. Personally, I've always had an amazing experience, and we always keep coming back there.The staff were always helpful and professional, the swimming pool is lovely and quiet a lot of times. Food is decent, area is quiet, large balcony.

I'm surprised by negative comments about this place. We've spent there 10 nights and we've had a great stay. But I guess it depends on what's your expectations. 1. Rooms are basic but have everything you need for holiday stay (we've had a small fridge in our room that was really handy). Big, comfortable double bed, large balcony, bathroom. Room was very clean, and cleaning ladies were coming almost everyday to change our bed sheets, clean the floor and bathroom even it wasn't really needed, but it was very nice. The only thing was the air conditioning that wasn't cooling the room enough. 2. Location - quiet neighborhood, walking distance (30 min) from airport, 50 min from Faro city centre, 10 min to Aldi, local shops and restaurants. 3. Swimming pool - I haven't seen anyone having problems to access it. 4. Service - kind, polite staff, very helpful, we've had no problems leaving our backpacks in the hotel after checkout to have a last walk around before our flight. 5. Breakfast - continental breakfast - everyday the same but if you get bored you can just skip a day or two and go somewhere else. You can book and pay for your breakfast daily (you have to book the night before) which I find very handy. The cost is 8 euros and I think it's worth the price. I general, quiet, comfortable place to stay, away from busy city centre. Ideal for someone who doesn't like typical noisy, crowded touristic places.

We stayed here for 2 nights due to a flight cancellation. The rooms are very basic but very clean. The service was incredible, we made our booking at 10pm and arrived shortly after, we were greeted by Pedro who is a superstar. He checked us in made us feel welcome and was so helpful. Pedro printed off our receipts, booked our return taxi to the airport and even printed off our new boarding passes. The pool here is huge and we had a great day relaxing here. The place could do with a bit of renovation and a coat of paint but overall we were happy with our stay.

We stayed here a couple of nights. Rooms are basic but spacious and beds are comfortable. Everything was tidy, and the room was clean. The staff would deserve 6 stars.
