Perfect stay. Room was clean, spotless, functional and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent - everything was tasty and prepared fresh in small batches. Staff throughout our stay was warm and friendly. We were especially impressed by our restaurant staff from Croatia - he was unfazed despite a full restaurant, gave great and thoughtful service to every table and was really polite and professional. Restaurant served delicious dinners too. Would definitely recommend this hotel!

Arc en Ciel is a good option in Gstaad, panoramic views from the hotel and rooms, tasted the best pizzas from the restaurant. The staff were very polite and accommodating. It’s a hotel if you want to relax.

Lovely property and great staff. There is a bus stop near by and they also help shuttle you to the Gstaad train stop. They have a lot of small touches that you don’t find often these days (like in room breakfast option, water and nuts upon arrival. Would stay again for sure!

Lovely spot in Gstaad - very friendly service and great location

It was just OK, breakfast and spa below average for a nice hotel and quite expensive. The first room they gave me didn’t even have a working shower…and no view. Then they changed to a better room but it was just not too good for the price

The hotel is so cute and quaint. Great for families. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend. Short walk to town.

Great stay! Everything was well organized, staff was helpful and accommodating, facilities and room were a delight. Very clean and comfortable room - loved the pillows, and first time we’ve ever seen them fluffed up to resemble mountain tops. Innovative! The hotel pick up at the train station was invaluable, as the hotel itself is a ways off from downtown - but the location added to having a quiet and peaceful stay.
