The location is great! The amenities are different from those at foreign hotels, so you will need to bring your own. The breakfast buffet doesn't have a wide selection, but I liked that it changes every day. The staff were very kind!

Nice view only parking difficult.

The receptionists are very polite and helpful. The room is clean. Location is very central. The only issue is with the intermittent sound of air con that is quite old on room no 213. All else great.

Excellent service, clean and comfortable rooms, very friendly staff, on the first day we were assisted with a small nominal money exchange, on the second day we were upgraded to a larger room at no extra cost. The location is also very favorable. Thanks the brunei hotel ...

The location is very good. Right in the heart of the city only short walk to important places. Also near the main bus station that link you to the airport

My wife and I have a 3 day vacation in Brunei, together with Eid al-Adha. Stay at The Brunei Hotel. The hotel is clean, quite spacious; strategic location: close to Oemar mosque, bus station, mall, also Ayer village. There is also a shuttle bus that takes you to tourist attractions, malls and night markets. The hotel service is very good. The shuttle bus even agreed to take us to the night market, because we wanted to leave after sunset prayers. Even the hotel gave us late check out free until 16, because my plane left at 19 pm. The hotel also offers a shuttle bus to the airport at a lower cost than taxis. Receptionist Maria is very friendly and always helps us.

Middle class hotel in the middle of the city, close to water attractions and Sultan's Mosque.

The hotel is quite nice and comfortable. There situated at very good location. So many area attractions are near the hotel. l’m very certified with the staff service, very friendly and helpful. I highly recommended this hotel.

The location was perfect, especially if you want to explore the city without rent a car. Bus station only 200 m away. Ferry station for crossing to Kampung Ayer only 100 m away. Souvenir shop also 500 m away. There's delicious restaurant at cross the hotel. Two things which I didn't really like were the room price was overpriced for 3 stars hotel and the breakfast.

Friendly staffs, good location, near to tourist spots area

The room is very spacious, nice and clean. The bed is absolutely comfortable, I got a very good night sleep. The location is really convenient, it is in the middle of Bandar Seri Begawan, and easy access to public transport in the city.

The place is very strategic. Close from the boat terminal to Kampung Ayer, close to the mosque, near the hotel there is a Javanese restaurant.
