Small rooms and outside of downtown

Got the cosy single room, which was great and more than sufficient for my needs - good sized desk and a some electrical outlets woth built in USB ports. Nice clean bathroom. Would have been good if the late night access could be done with the card - had to wait 10 minutes while the person at the desk was helping a customer.

This was a very basic hotel. The receptionist had originally assigned me to a single room that she knew had electrical issues (power and lights would not turn on). The room looked very worn and could use some cosmetic upgrades. She then resolved the issue by giving me another room, which was fully functional and even looked more updated. Overall, hotel was fine, and works for a basic place to lay your head. It is about 5 mins walking distance to the tram and train.

Staff was very nice and helpful. Room was very small and outdated. floorboard was broken in area and floorboards needed paint badly. Beds were clean and comfortable and bathroom was clean. If rooms were a bit updated this would be a fabulous little affordable gem super close to Schiecentrale Event Center.

Early check-in was a bonus. Reception very helpful.

Parking at local car park, which is expensive. Great local transport if only one person.

Not expensive and quiet location with helpful professional staff. A little bit out of the centre, but plenty of places within short walking distance, eg Pelgrim Delfshaven, Parqiet near Euromast, Bakeleit bar, Dahlak east african food. All brilliant.

Close to amenities and to friends that live in the area , staff are warm and friendly , ready to help also. 👍

This cheap and cheerful hotel was terrific value for money. When i tried to check in early they were able to allow me to do this since room was ready; Very convenient after a long journey! I had a lovely bright room overlooking the garden/ courtyard out the back. It was v. quiet( admittedly rooms overlooking road may have some more noise but not sure). Everything worked in en - suite bathroom good shower, tea and coffee making facilities. Lots of breakfast buffet choices including hot items in attractive small kitchen area downstairs with restaurant. And v friendly staff!. Area close to historic delfshaven port and Euromast. Coolhaven metro stop close by. will definitely stay again!

The staff was very nice, the room is quite small, the shower is great, it's not close to the busiest places but it's easily accessible by the subway which is two blocks away.

We were greeted very kindly. In addition, there were coffee and tea services in the room that was not available in other hotels. These were very impressive and beautiful. They also have a system that allows you to order food from various kitchens. Thus, you can easily order anything you want from different flavours in your room. I think I would recommend this hotel to everyone, besides, you can take a walk in Coolhaven, accompanied by a beautiful canal view.

I was here for a long-term stay, and the staff was incredibly welcoming. The room was not very big, but it was what I paid for and was additionally very clean, well-maintained, and felt relatively new. The major drawback was the internet reliability which was very poor, but if you are not planning to use it much then it's fine. Despite the bad internet, everything else was perfect for what I needed, and the staff exceeded expectations, making for a pleasant stay.

It was a part of my business trip staying in Hotel Port. The hotel was nice, has everything what you could expect. Recommend

Central to Tram, subway and activities around Rotterdam. A short 30min from Hoek of Holland ferry.

Clean comfortable hotel... only a 15 - 30 minute walk to the centre and most tourist attractions. Would definately stay again!!
