My Points

The hotel very far from the train station or KL sentral. Room is small and overall I'm not satisfied. With everything.

Air con hot, room bad, not nice, nevver stay, I cancel and book new hotel

the way they treat customer.. bad. environment of the hotel very bad.

I do not really like the hotel. The atmosphere is not comfortable, the service is also lacking. The location is not so strategic.

Saya tidak begitu suka dengan hotelnya. Suasananya tidak nyaman, pelayanan juga kurang. Lokasi tidak begitu strategis.

Noisy atmosphere menjerit2 the midnight knock on the door and a lot of cockroaches.
