Good location just across the bridge from the old town section of Basel. Great breakfast buffet.

Clean room , great stuff , nice bed shower was a bit tight in this particular room , it would have been very hard for a bigger person to shower and the breakfast needs improvement from my point of view . I’ve stayed here before and if price ok probably will stay again as it is close everything .

Everything was very nice

I really enjoyed my overnight at this hotel. Great location near old town and the train station. The staff were very friendly & helpful and the room was clean and comfortable. I recommend and would stay there again.

Lovely accomodatoon, but a bit out of town for those without transport

The staff were the highlight of our stay. They were all friendly and accommodating! Close to the Coop and tram station. The hotel has four floors. For everyone’s awareness, the elevator goes only up to the third floor.

Good location next to tram stop Nicely renovated old building Elevator!!! Food in the restaurant was good (very pricey but I think that's normal for Basel). Walkable neighborhood Good value for the money.

Room was not a "Modern Double Room", not even close. You have no room in the shower so the door opens and floods the floor. Was supposed to have a coffe maker, none. Was supposed to include breakfast, none. Did not even have a do not disturb sign in the room or available. The two single beds just fit in the room, no proper padded chair as shown in photos.

Staff very helpful and attentive. Hotel is in a brilliant location for Christmas markets and transport links. Room was roomy and spotless, with towels changed everyday and bed made up. Good selection for breakfast every day

Located close to the tram network. Reception unmanned (call to get service). Decor tired. Room not particularly clean (though bathroom was). Bed ok. Evidence of repairs carried out with black tape. At the budget end of things

Spotless room, great amenities. EXCELLENT location for walking the streets and finding treasures. Very safe, never felt afraid. Front staff was simply charming, friendly and over the top understanding to our plight....we arrived 5 hours early for check in. It was raining, 8C degrees and miserable. Wonderful front staff took pity on us and checked us in early so we could warm ourselves and rest. She was a lifesaver.
