Cheap hotel but luxurious service, street vendor prices, 5-star service. It's just a shame it's not soundproof, in the middle of the night the sound upstairs is noisy with small children running around.

Affordable and easy to reach hotel

Got it for almost 500.. Suddenly wanted a staycation.. Originally wanted to go out with my husband.. Suddenly invited all the kids.. Hehehe.. The hotel is child-friendly.. Very family-friendly.. First impression, the parking outside for me who brought an electric motorbike, a bit confused about where to charge.. Because in other hotels already provided for charging electric vehicles.. Maybe the service for electric vehicles can be improved. Secondly, because I chose a deluxe queen room, asked for one that did not have a connecting room.. But there was a smoking room left. Okay, it's okay because this is my own choice, but I also explained that I have a congenital disease (asthma) worried that if in a smoking room, I would be sensitive to the smell of cigarette smoke. But the staff was nice, offered air freshener if the room still smelled of cigarettes. But, yes, that's sensitive.. When I got out of the elevator, the cigarette smoke was really noticeable. Entering the room, especially since it still smelled of cigarettes, I called the staff to spray air freshener for the room. Oh yes, breakfast is for 2 adults, so for the kids we have to pay extra.. But when we arrived at the restaurant, it was very crowded.. It was 6 o'clock when we arrived, but it was crowded because it coincided with an event from the office, it seemed like a gathering. There are many choices of food. I like the delicious herbal drink. It's recommended for a staycation with family. But the noise between rooms is indeed audible🤫.. So far, I still recommend staying here again🤗

Overall everything was okay, only the check-in time was too late, only 3 o'clock, and there was no bathroom mat, because it was worried that the floor would be slippery, especially if there were small children. Thank you Lorin Hotel. Hopefully the hotel will be busier and the service will get better day by day. Cheers

Location, price and food menu are ok

The front office and housekeeping staff were very friendly and the rooms were clean, there was a swimming pool for our children, our family was very happy, thank you.

The hotel that is always the destination when going to Sentul, because it is that comfortable in Lorin, everything is the best, there is only one thing that is a bit of a concern, regarding the room window whose handle is located below, it is very risky if suddenly the children accidentally open the window (danger of falling) just a suggestion, if possible the handle should not be below, so that the children cannot reach the window handle, so as parents can be calm and not worried.

Clean, comfortable, fully equipped, very kid-friendly, and with a comprehensive breakfast. The price is very affordable considering the amenities provided. And most impressively, yesterday I got a room with a truly stunning view. At night, you can also see the city lights.

The hotel staff is very friendly, the hotel is clean, the facilities are complete, the location is very strategic, the food is very varied and delicious.
