Room was smelly, the lift connect to the public lift

This hotel and surrounding area looks eerie. I have came here to attend for a 1 day convention nearby. Noisy sound from the other room can be heard at night time.

Room was comfortable and walking distance from food and shops... Only minus point was there was no parking space available

When come to check in, they forgot to list out my order from the web site. It is dangerous that I will not have room to stay. Fortunately, it settle down finally. The room is not so clean.

Very bad service, no tracking online booking. Extra charge force customer paid more 50 for early check in. Bad counter backward forcing, bad experienced.

I was not well on that day so I stayed for several hours until my husband arrived. It was so uncomfortable with the pillow's smell but I had no choice as I was not in the high state of mind.
