Hotel neat and clean. Front office Mahidul was great, hospitable, and friendly. All is okay.

The staff were great, check-in time at 15.00 sharp, check-out time at 11.00, and they charge you an extra hourly rate for checking in early or checking out late, so if you expect friendly service, you will be disappointed.

Aircond not working properly. Hot. No room to change. TV can't be turned on. There is trash under the bed. Water heater not working. Iron not provided. If you come just to rest, it's okay. If there is a meeting, you have to get the kids ready. I don't prefer this hotel. The staff doesn't know how to speak BM or English.

The room is nice and clean, but there's no elevator, so be prepared to step on your feet if you get to the top floor.

Due to firefly flight delay from penang by 2 hours, reaching at 11.30 pm, the room is no longer available for checking in after the cut off at 10pm. No staff, no phone number and left stranded at the door. Understand the t&c after relook into the book, but won't choose any swings & pillows future travel, too risky.

The hotel staff is very good, there is no elevator for the family room, you have to go up the stairs, it is troublesome if you are with children or the elderly. Room cleanliness is poor, dirty air conditioning is not cold, rooms smell of cigarettes even though there is a smoking ban. Bad WiFi connections often log out, breakfast is not available.

There is no elevator suggested taking ground floor rooms, clean rooms and friendly staff. WiFi is not good, it often logs out on its own. can't eat breakfast.

It is only convenient for emergency night stay and cheap. But the service is rather poor. There is no refill of soap and shampoo in the container and no paper toilet rolls or tissue provided. The washroom lock was a bit loose and accidentally it locked on it's own when closed the door. Reached the receptionist counter and the giy is busy on his headphone and only after we showed our frustration that he pull off his headphone and asked our problem. And the solution is to wait until morning as only housekeeper keeps the key and this incident happened at 11.00pm. We need to wait for 7 hours before we able to use the washroom again. That is really annoying.
