Close to all amenities excellent location

The location was very convenient and central to all landmarks, with lots of restaurants around. The room was great, except that the window was facing the Long Square which was pretty noisy even at 12 midnight. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Great location. Within walking distance to most things in Gdansk. Highly recommend.

We were only there one night. Great location. The hotel is not well light outside.

The location was perfect. Breakfast was very good. Check in and check out was easy. Had a room on the 4th floor in the back so it was quiet.

I do not know how this hotel is 4 *? Outdated rooms, no AC, old TVS, cheap shampoo and gel “in one”… No lotion at all. Only one water for the room. We were very disappointed with this hotel especially for the price. If we could we would want a refund because this was such a rip off. Paid premium but the hotel deserves 2 stars, maybe 3 on a good day. Also, no true luggage storage - you can just “leave” them in a hallway! No tags, nothing. Anyone can come and take it. We will never again stay at this place. Many better options around (unfortunately it was sold out for that date). Lesson learned.

Stayed once again, nice friendly staff with an easy check-in, room was clean and tidy as always, no issues will stay again next time.

Lovely hotel with pleasant staff. Room was clean and tidy but a little dark. Would benefit from improved lighting. Large table lamp provided with no electricity source to plug it in. Ideal location

Beautiful property in an amazing location right in the heart of historic Gdansk. It has more of a guest house vibe than a hotel but it is very charming. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Came with 2 friends and had the family apartment which was fabulous . Lovely welcoming staff

Really nice hotel and in an excellent location in the heart of Gdansk tourists area. The staff were attentive and knowledgeable.. the room was large, clean and had a fantastic hot shower... when i head back to Gdansk i will look to book here again

Great hotel with a nice bar/restaurant downstairs. In the centre so it’s very easy to walk around.

Incredibly noisy. The room was shaking at 2:30AM from nearby music. When asked to do something about the music or change room the hotel refused to do anything. Don't stay here.

Great property right on the long market pedestrian area. Property being an older historic building has no AC, which we were advised upfront. Appreciate the hotel had a fan in the closet as a room amenity. Kudos for that!

Absolutely superb location, right in the middle of the old town. Can be a little noisy at night but the double glazing is brilliant and keeps the noise out. There is no air-conditioning but it was not needed even when 30 degrees outside. Well appointed rooms and very helpful staff. Would certainly stay here again.

Beautiful room and very helpful staff. The breakfast is wonderful as you get to pick any item that you would like on the menu downstairs every morning. The wait stuff is attentive. My only complaint is that the lighting in the bathroom isn’t really nonexistent. I had to do my make up in front of the window with a hand mirror for light.

The hotel is very nice and conveniently placed right in the middle of old town. The place is clean nicely furbished and the staff is very friendly.
